😊 𝕃𝔸𝕌𝔾ℍ𝕋𝔼ℝ 𝕀𝕊 𝔸𝕋 𝕋ℍ𝔼 ℍ𝔼𝔸ℝ𝕋 𝕆𝔽 𝔼𝕍𝔼ℝ𝕐𝕋ℍ𝕀ℕ𝔾 𝕀 𝔻𝕆! 😊

The last few months have been busy with my Laughter Wellness events taking a pause whilst I co-facilitated our @metreatretreats ‘𝙃𝙀𝙇𝘿’ 𝙍𝙚𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 with Tanya Levy @in.purpose in the beautiful Hepburn Springs area in August.

Next I was off to the UK to visit my folks for a couple of weeks in September, before running a beautiful MeTreat 𝙎𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙀𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙭 𝙎𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝘾𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙡𝙚 last week.

However laughter is at the heart of everything I facilitate! I ran a ‘𝙂𝙞𝙜𝙜𝙡𝙚𝙨 & 𝙂𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙨’ session at our MeTreat Retreat, and closed off our Sista Circle with a relaxing ‘𝙎𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣’.

I’m excited to be running two more Laughter Wellness events before the end of the year, and am busy planning my Community Laughter Events Schedule for 2027.

For those of you in the business space, I’d love you to join me at my final ‘𝙉𝙚𝙩𝙇𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜’ event of 2026 on the evening of 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟮 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 in Elwood.

This unique and uplifting networking event blends authentic conversation, connection and laughter wellness to help you de-stress, recharge and engage with other business professionals in a positive, fun, inspiring and friendly atmosphere.

✨ℂ𝔼𝕃𝔼𝔹ℝ𝔸𝕋𝕀ℕ𝔾 𝕋ℍ𝔼 𝔼ℚ𝕌𝕀ℕ𝕆𝕏 - 𝕊ℙℝ𝕀ℕ𝔾 ℂ𝕃𝔼𝔸ℕ𝕀ℕ𝔾 & 𝔻ℝ𝔼𝔸𝕄 𝕊𝔼𝔼𝔻𝕀ℕ𝔾!✨

On Tuesday night a delightful group of women gathered together for our 𝙈𝙚𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙎𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝘾𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙡𝙚 to celebrate the Spring Equinox.

We had asked the ladies to bring two lists with them:

🎆A list of things they wanted to release and let go of

🎆A list of things that they wanted to seed and action over the coming months

Spring is the perfect time to take stock as we emerge from our winter hibernation and look towards cultivating our hopes and dreams over the next few months. To do this, we first have to make space by removing what is no longer serving our highest good.

Once the space is created, we can then plant new seeds for the warmer months ahead.

The night included some beautiful rituals and activities to help us release and set our new intentions, supportive sharing and the realisation that there were many common themes that connected us.

Thank you to all who attended - we loved hosting you and Spring really is one of our favourite times of the year.

Enjoy this video which provides a snapshot of the night including all of the things we released going up in flames! Goodbye and good riddance!

✨𝕊𝕋𝔼ℙ 𝕀ℕ𝕋𝕆 𝕋ℍ𝔼 𝕃𝕀𝔾ℍ𝕋 𝔸𝕋 𝕆𝕌ℝ 𝕊ℙℝ𝕀ℕ𝔾 𝕊𝕀𝕊𝕋𝔸 ℂ𝕀ℝℂ𝕃𝔼!✨

At MeTreat Retreats we love how the changing of the seasons can help guide us to take stock of where we are and where we would like to be moving forwards. We love to bring women together at these special times of the year when we can use the symbolism of the approaching season to both guide and inspire us.

The 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘅 is fast approaching and marks the first day of the astrological spring, after which the days become longer than the nights.

Spring is nature’s reminder of how beautiful fresh beginnings can be. As the season shifts and the days grow longer, it is a great opportunity to shed the heavy layers of winter, clear out our inner space and consciously plant new seeds and intentions for the warmer months ahead.

We’d love you to join us on the evening of 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟮 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 for our 𝙈𝙚𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙎𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝘾𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙡𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙂𝙡𝙚𝙣 𝙃𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙑𝙄𝘾 where you’ll be invited to pause, breathe and align with the renewing energy of the Spring Equinox.

Together with a warm, supportive and friendly group of women, we’ll release what no longer serves us and call in fresh intentions. We’ll guide you into the new season with some beautiful rituals and activities, and you’ll leave feeling lighter, brighter and with a new ‘spring’ in your step (pun intended)!

Spots are limited to keep things cozy and intimate.

Please click on link in our bio to secure your spot.

The final day of our ‘HELD: The Retreat For The Woman Who Holds It All’was simply perfect!

We enjoyed yoga, meditation, breakfast, a stunning nature walk, Giggles & Games with Vikki, a scrumptious last lunch and an emotional but uplifting Retreat Closing Circle.

Our guests truly felt ‘held’ by us this weekend and return to their families, friends, work and communities with more energy and armed with strategies, tips and tools for creating more balanced and grounded experiences moving forward.

We sent the ladies off with big smiles on their faces and hope in their hearts for a happier and healthier life moving forward.

𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Our ‘𝙃𝙀𝙇𝘿’ 𝙈𝙚𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 is kicking off next week: 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 – 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟯 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 in the stunning Hepburn Springs area of Victoria.

We already have an incredible group of women locked in who said a massive ‘YES!’ to themselves. But due to a couple of last-minute schedule shifts, 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹.

Imagine 4 days and 3 nights where:

🎆There are zero decisions to make, zero fires to put out, and zero people to care for except you.

🎆You are pampered, nurtured, and supported by women who truly ‘get it’.

🎆Every single detail is handled so you can experience your absolute ‘ultimate exhale’.

Because we are only days away, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹, 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 to let us HOLD YOU for the weekend and let you finally lay down the heavy lifting of a hectic life.

⭐️ Ladies: If you’ve been lurking on the sidelines looking but not acting, now is the time to reach out. Drop a 🙋‍♀️ in the comments or shoot us a DM right now and we’ll send you all the details.

⭐️ Gents: Think about the massive brownie points you’ll score by gifting or encouraging the treasured women in your life to take this time out for their health and wellbeing!

𝘿𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙞𝙩 - 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮’𝙧𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙣𝙚!
