2023, You were good to me. I spent most of my time being present, present with myself and the experiences I was graced with with. Thank you for allowing me to step a bit closer into myself, to forgive, love and let go. Thank you for the opportunities share moments with some of the most beautiful people. Thank you for the highs and lows, the laughter and tears. In 2023, I got a chance to teach barbering and business some more and to give back with Mad Love. I got to travel a bit to some familiar places and some new. I finally danced on stage courtesy of @thepreciousjulz and proudly stayed up on my fitness game. I made my way back to school for psychology and became certified in energy practices with Reiki. I was able to grow my friendships and make new ones. I was able to reconnect with family and say sadly goodbye to some, which gave way for deeper healing. In 2023, I fell in love over and over again with life, because it’s so preciously beautiful with all of its lessons and blessings. I don’t take any of it for granted. If had the pleasure of having a moment with you last year, thank you for sharing the space, time and energy with me. I love you all so much, for the position you were place in, in my world.
A special thank you to @julzth for being a light. Thank you for all the tenderness and encouragement you have given to me on my journey of learning to love myself unconditionally. I look forward to watching and being a part of this next unfolding with you ❤️
To the universe, source and creator thank you for the daily reminders that I am right where I’m supposed to be. I’m grateful everyday for the life you give me. Cheers to a new year ✨✨✨
💙 Always-Shaun (oh yeah and this past year, it was made official!)

As 2023 is coming to a close I look back at the accomplishments of the year. I was afraid of changes because I felt comfortable with where I was at in the beginning of the year. I had hoped to grow my business and my relationships to my community not knowing how to accomplish it without compromising my integrity. I saw a vision of what I wished for. I took the tools I was given, and started building my dream. With the support of our community, friends and especially my family my vision is becoming a reality. I can’t wait for 2024. There may be set backs, interruptions and inconveniences however the big picture in the end will be worth the hard work and efforts to accomplish the goal I’m setting.
I will still be working from my office. With that said, please be patient as we build and expand my home based business.
Thank you for your support and encouragement.

It's "Show Us Your Job Day" with our intern, Samuel!

His "Understanding Needed Integration" organization has asked Sam to put together a powerpoint presentation to "inspire his peers".

They asked:
1. Where do you work?
"In Long Beach, at the Fair Trade Long Beach Retail Collective."

2. What do you love about your internship?
"I love that I am making a difference in a person's life and helping the planet at the same time with our fair trade mission."

3. How did you get your internship?
"Through Understanding Needed Integration, I completed my résumé and interviewed with Teresa. My background in social justice and customer service skills were the perfect fit!"

FUN FACT: Tomorrow is Sam's 6 month anniversary with us, and he really is the best employee!

Generation trauma and karmic cycles are real y’all. Some of us have been chosen by our ancestors to break the cycles. Have you ever said .. Why does this always happen to me? We repeat patterns. We repeat what our parents did around us. We repeat habits. It’s time to break this cycle.
Healing from traumas and/or injuries does not always happen in one session. Some times the road of recovery seems long yet when you start your journey allow yourself to heal every cell in your body, spirit and emotions. Connect with those who support your journey and those that do not judge you for healing.

New sessions available. Sometimes an hour is not enough time to settle the daily stresses. I’ve extended my session length. I look forward to helping you work through pain and trauma. DM me for more information.

Are you looking for someone to help you work through pain, trauma or just need a break? I’m here for you.
Appointments available.
