Some things are better when we deliberately slow down ⏳⏰

That’s what we learn from our Somatic Yoga & Singing Bowl Session with @inalarasati & @putridessyp 📝

Apa lagi yang lebih baik dilakukan dengan slowing down?

Somatic Yoga with Cats was all about slowing down, moving mindfully, and creating space for the body to let go.

Plus, having curious little cats around definitely made everything feel more joyful. 🐈

And of course, a session like this wouldn't be complete without nourishing the body with GRANOVA after class

You don't always need to push harder.

Sometimes, what your body needs is a softer pace, mindful movement, and a little bit of cat therapy 🐾
