UAC 2026 💫 was such a dream! I am so grateful I was able to attend and for all of the amazing people I connected with! It is seriously such a joy to meet people that also love what you love, to be in community together, and to geek out until all hours of the night.

I had the best time attending lectures, meeting new people, attending the moonlight cruise, trivia night, the banquet and the dance party! Some of my favorite moments were meeting new friends during brunch and experiencing all the synchronicities.

I am overflowing with gratitude for this event and that I chose this life - that this is where my life has led me thus far. That I continue to follow my joy and it always leaves me awestruck.

Thank you to everyone that made this event possible. I am so grateful! Thank you Chicago, I will be back! 🌆

Radiotherapy photo-dump & post-mercury retrograde love words.

I DID IT! WE DID IT.

Back in May, as I was about to fly to @nwastroconf I knew this summer of 2026 was going to be a wild ride. For all of us.

I can witness this in everyone’s life, in the collective as well.

Mercury is stationing direct today and its post-retrograde shadow will help us adjust how we can live meaningfully, authentically and with the heart wide open in a world which is literally on 🔥

What do we do collectively and individually? There’s such a massive shift of consciousness at play right now. Are we going to retreat to our comfort zone, or to the past? Lie to ourselves and look away? Or are we going to free ourselves, at last, and try something different? The full moon in Aquarius - with Pluto - will put us to the test. What toxic baggage or fears do we still carry? We’ve been invited to revisit all this since the 29th of June.

In my personal life, I have been closing a massive chapter: 7 years. No more fighting now. The brain tumour has been blasted FOR EVER by my new friend: ☢️ and the team at the Beatson in Glasgow.
Was it scary? Terrifying. But there was a hidden treasure, as always with Pluto…

I lost some hair, it will grow back. Tears flooded. I experienced the taste and smell of radiation. I lost my appetite …and found it back sometimes. Fatigue swallowed me.

I became fully myself. ⚡️

Pluto didn’t break me. It just moved through me. I am not like fragile glass. I am healing, but I am strong. I am the 🦪 AND the pearl. I am vulnerable. I am fearless.

As I was having my end of treatment hypnosis session with the one and only @gurwann_tvg yesterday, I felt flooded by so much love and so much gratitude. I am truly blessed in this life. I live in one of the most magical places ⛰️ I have the best friends, all over the world. We are a big beautiful cosmic family 👽🛸✨

I feel things so deeply and now I can express this a bit better than before.

There are so many people who I would like to thank, not only the faces that you can see on this post. But I think they know. Love to you all. ❤️

My first in-person astrology conference, NORWAC, was a beautiful and life-changing experience.

To spend a weekend in community with beautiful souls who share the same love for astrology, where I felt fully seen, welcomed, and accepted. I found my people. It felt like being in a foreign country where everyone spoke the native language, and it was so much fun to speak it together.

My word for the weekend? Synchronicity.

The energy was electric and charged because when everyone is following their joy, they end up exactly where they need to be. Anyone familiar with Bashar’s formula knows how perfect this system is. I got to witness it in real time.

I met astrology idols in the elevator. I met a cauldron sister who attended the exact same plant medicine retreat as me only months apart. I “met” friends I’ve known for many lifetimes. I attended the talks I needed to hear and sat with the people I was meant to meet. Meeting my astrology idols felt like being at Disneyland at the character breakfast—pure magic. 🪄

A huge shoutout to Adam Elenbaas and the Nightlight Astrology community! Connecting with such a warm, like-minded, and welcoming group on a smaller scale was truly a gift.
And my favorite morning ritual? Breakfast alone, Seattle coffee, and watching talks on my laptop. Calm. Reflective. Perfect.

Thank you to the organizers, speakers, and every single attendee who made it feel like coming home.

Cannot wait for next year!

My mind is still processing…

I couldn’t put this conference into one sentence — let alone one page in my head — even if I tried.

Not just the lectures, but the connections and NORWAC overall were:

Inspiring
Mind-blowing
Eye-opening
Synchronistic
Surprising
Touching
Empowering
Mirroring
Hopeful
Magical
Fiery
(And many more that I will not mention, at least for now)

I’m currently going through a Saturn–Sun opposition, and a lot of hierarchy themes came up for me. But I was genuinely blown away by @nightlightastrology (Adam) and @sfreynolds who really brought humanity, heart, and humility in a way that felt groundbreaking considering what’s going on in the world right now. It’s rare in a male dominated field (like so many others).

@kaytaylorwisdom always hits it home with her compassion, brilliance, and ability to heal through her words and presence.

But thankful for the entire experience, the people, and the wisdom I’ve gained just from the mirror that was this weekend 💛

My life really began in 2023. This is the first year of my life that I didn’t feel broken. I entered into this year fresh out of Iboga, and I ended this year with a 5-MeO ceremony which is showing me how to live life from a place of love.

I had a lot of fun this year. That was the priority, now that I was actually open to life. I made new friends and found community in Toronto. I reconnected with old friends. I danced a LOT. Three festivals were festival-ed hard this summer — Bass Coast, Bloom and Harvest. It was the year of bass music, my god, was it ever.

I travelled to BC twice, and spent 6 weeks in Costa Rica. I spent precious time with my childhood best friend. I sat in ayahuasca ceremony with a direct Shipibo lineage, which was the treat of my life. I assisted at two Iboga retreats. I travelled alone. I went to BC for the journey of a lifetime with 5-MeO. It was a very psychedelic year.

My podcast grew, and I’m proud of every single episode I produced this year — all 40 of them. I on-boarded a production team to the modern psychedelics family and landed my first few sponsors for the show.

It’s been an incredible year, no doubt. But as I review my year, it’s really the people in my life that make it worth living. I love you all so dearly, thank you for adding sparkle & shine to my year. ♾️🤍 to life & many more beautiful memories!
