This week in the studio = baby weights!

I put together a quick 25-min baby weight workout that drops in the on-demand library tomorrow, and we’re bringing the weights into in-person mat classes all week too.

Fair warning: this one’s a challenge. We can’t wait to see you push through it!

A couple things before you book:

Tomorrow’s 12:00 mat is already full.

6:30 mat still has spots, but not for long.

And a little sneak peek: I’m considering bringing back the unlimited mat membership, just repriced. If that’s something you’d want, let me know in the comments because it’ll help me decide.

Man… the love has been FELT this year. 🖤

First and foremost, thank y’all for every Happy Birthday — the calls, texts, DMs, comments, all of it. I know I hit y’all with the quick “thank you 🙏🏾” in the comments, but seriously… I appreciate the love more than y’all know.

This summer has been one for the books. Been everywhere, made some memories, took a trip to New York, got to see Jay-Z perform in New York…

That ain’t really got nothing to do with this post, I just thought I’d mention it. 😂

But today officially starts a NEW ERA. A NEW DECADE.

Now, don’t get it twisted — Benjamin Button is still very much present. 😂 I may have turned a year older, but somehow I’m still the same age. Don’t ask me how it works. Just respect the science.

And since y’all keep asking… yes, the podcast is coming back. And it’s coming back in a REAL way.

That ain’t got nothing to do with this post either. Just thought I’d mention that too. 😂

ANYWAY…

These pictures are from the birthday celebration this past weekend, and I gotta give the biggest shoutout to my wife, @india.marie . ❤️ I mentioned an idea to her basically in passing, and somehow she took that little thought and brought the whole thing to LIFE.

If you knew me growing up, then you already know…

So to walk in and see that whole era brought back — the music, the vibes, the people, the energy, the fits, the love — all in one building at the same time…

Man. That was special.

Thank you to EVERYBODY who came through, everybody who RSVP’d, everybody who wanted to be there but couldn’t make it — the love was felt regardless.

And most importantly, thank you again to everybody who has taken even 10 seconds out of their day to tell me Happy Birthday. I appreciate y’all. For real.

Now I guess it’s time for me to start saving money for India’s big birthday in five years because apparently the standard has been set. 😭😂

So yeah…

New decade. New era. Same Benjamin Button.

In the meantime, in between time…

This weekend was one of the best weekends I’ll have all year.

Started it at the 2nd Annual Daddy & Me Camp with Blake—pouring into him, surrounded by real men, men of faith, and some of his best homies. We didn’t catch a single fish (the fish definitely won this year 😂), but we still made memories that’ll last a lifetime.

Then I came home and got to watch Shiloh absolutely shine in her dance production. No fear, no shyness—just confidence, focus, and pure joy on that stage. She followed every instruction, stayed locked in, and made us proud.

Moments like these remind me how blessed we are—not just because of our kids, but because of the village around them. Good people. Good examples. A whole lot of love.

One thing my brother J. Matt said this weekend that stuck with me:

“The plan we have for our children’s lives may change because of the purpose God has for their lives.”
