Did you hear? I’m officially a HOMEOPATH 😭 and I literally stop myself like 10x a day from saying “homeopathy can help you with that” 🥲 now obviously I will let people know that homeopathy is an option for them if they’re wanting it but slowly learning to not push. I know how powerful it can be and it will always be here when people are ready for it.

With that said, welcome to Salt the Remedy, where you have access to 3 qualified homeopaths, a mum and daughter and an aunty!

Come here to learn what homeopathy can do for you 🥹🙏

The little choices become the big ones. 🤎

We think about what we eat. What we put on our skin. What we bring into our homes.

But what about the fibres sitting against our skin for hours every day?

It’s a question worth asking — especially when activewear has become something we don’t just train in, but live in.

At AHVA, we wanted to create a different choice.

Our activewear is made with 79% bamboo lyocell, using OEKO-TEX® certified fabric, designed to feel beautifully soft against the skin while still giving you the stretch and performance you expect from activewear.

For morning walks. Chasing little ones. Training. Coffee runs. And everything in between.

Because wellness isn’t about doing everything perfectly. Sometimes, it’s simply about knowing more — and making more intentional choices when we can.

And maybe those are the choices the next generation will grow up making without even thinking twice. 🤎

If this made you think differently about what you wear, like it, share it with someone you love, and follow @ahvaeverywear for more on fabric, wellness and intentional movement.

Had you ever thought about what your activewear was made from before? 👇

And a special thank you to @indiabarry for sharing this beautiful little moment with us — and for trusting AHVA to be part of it. 🤎

Being an entrepreneur is NOT easy, but working for someone else would be so much harder.

I’ve built a life that supports my family and allows me time freedom with my greatest loves.

Deciding to launch a new company [Wide Awake Girl] with my eldest daughter India has been both easy and hard all at the same time.

We get to choose our hard.

So we’re creating an empire of embodied, wide awake women who want to do the same - heal themselves, heal their families, build something that nourishes them and gives them time freedom.

SALT the Remedy - classical Pilates, Homeopathic healing centre, human design coaching, and remedies that support you ditching the fear and pain to feel at home in your body again….. (all ages all stages)

With teacher training, homeopathic courses and mentoring for men & women who want to build their own practice & classes alongside us.

Together we can change the world our children get to experience.

It starts with us.

We must go first

❤️‍🔥 Melissa

Are you building something too?

Back for part 2 of WHY would I start a company while I’m still studying IN my first year of motherhood 👀 well, thank you for listening. We wanted to be working from a physical space, to build and be with our community, to be in the same space as women and people we admire. To support and serve new Mumma’s and women entering their golden years, those who have been putting themselves first FOR FOREVER and finally are making the space to put their self first.

We’d love to invite you into our space. Are you interested in homeopathy or Pilates? Let us know in the comments 🥹💘

Not to worry darling, homeopathy has our backs 🫶🏻

Constantly in fear and worried about the world? Homeopathy
Can’t sleep while your mind runs a million miles an hour? Homeopathy
Drowning in the depths of postpartum? Homeopathy
“Colicky” baby? Homeopathy
Feeling blue and can’t pull yourself out? Homeopathy?
Feel like you are responsible for everyone and can’t let go of control? Homeopathy
Family history of alcoholism and abuse? Homeopathy
Total procrastinator or just cannot finish a task? Homeopathy
Imposter syndrome? Homeopathy
Witnessed something horrific and can’t get it out of your head/body? Homeopathy

No word of a lie, Homeopathy can help you, whether it be significantly or maybe just a little that your life feels like it’s changed a lot.

Homeopathy has your back.

Even easier with 30% off our Kit & Course bundle 🥹🙏🏻 I genuinely have used my kit multiple times this week and it’s only Wednesday.

I reach for my kit when Grace falls over,
when Grace is upset,
when it’s windy and Rufus is scared of the wind,
when I rolled the window up on Rufus’ tail and his yelp gave us all a shock I dosed all 3 of us with aconite lol, when my head hurts cause I got stuck in the wind,
when I woke up from a bad dream my heart was pounding,
when I drank one glass of wine and my head was hurting before I even finished it,
when I was overstimulated I wanted to scream… and there’s more 🤣

If I got stuck on an island and it was the only medicine I could take, it is literally the only medicine I would take it’s that blood good!!!!

Celebrating EOFY & opening of Salt Studio with 30% off our course and kit bundle (20% off kit or course alone). Let’s start healing in our home!!!

All kits will be shipped July 1st.
Course starts July 1st 10am and will continue on the 8th & 15th.
