A little beauty, a little fact-checking, and a whole lot of questioning what’s on my vanity. Now, that is how you do beauty with intention! #WellAF #WellAFpartner

Most health conferences put one kind of expert on stage. @bewell.af put all of them in the same room. Farmers. Therapists. Beauty experts. Scientists. And an OB-GYN talking about vaginas on a beauty panel. (Hi.) I spent 60 minutes on the Hormone Owner’s Manual: why hormones feel so confusing, and why the marketing around them is so good at filling that gap. Cortisol is a smoke alarm, not a villain. I sat down for a live podcast with Jess of @unbiasedscipod , @yamimufdi and @sam.the.therapistt Then I got to be the student. Three days of learning about farming and beauty from women who know their fields the way I know mine. That’s why this conference worked. Health isn’t one discipline. The questions I hear most start in the grocery store, at the bathroom mirror and in the therapist’s office. When the people answering those questions actually talk to each other, everyone walks away with better information. Thank you @bewell.af for building the room.

Aisles with @indielee 🛒✨ We love seeing Indie featured in NY Mag’s The Strategist, taking readers along for a trip down the aisles and celebrating Indie Lee Botanicals. What started as a creative PR idea turned into such a fun editorial moment. Thank you to @kbdemaio for bringing it to life for @thestrategist 🌱

Did I really just speak and sit on a panel at a conference? Pinch me. In my 17 year career of content creation, I can confidently say that @bewell.af was one of the best conferences I’ve been to. You could feel how much care went into every detail. I walked into room after room of strangers, and every single person wanted to talk. All ages, abilities, and places. Brand new creators, seasoned pros, huge accounts, and creators under 10K. None of it mattered and everyone felt like a peer. There were no cliques, no judgment, no one out of place. Every space was full of open, kind, and honest people willing to share. The wellness conversations were also so important. I love that this conference reframed wellness in a way that feels attainable and easier to understand. Instead of making us scared of every choice, they gave us science-based, fact-based information we can use in our food and our beauty products, in ways that fit real life. I left feeling empowered, not anxious. I love that. The brands there were so lovely, too! They had incredible stories and products to share, and I loved getting to hear them. I got to talk about what “clean beauty” really means and how to be a smart consumer on a panel with a cosmetic chemist, @ava.perki, and two brand founders, @indielee of @indie_lee and @shaz_rajashekar of @shazandkiks. And we can’t forget our amazing moderator, @emilylfoley! These women are full of incredible knowledge! Then I led a breakout session on being a better beauty creator and turned it into a discussion. I came with topics I wanted to share but also opened it up for everyone to give input, and I loved what everyone contributed to the conversation. I learned that everyone has something valuable to share, no matter how new or seasoned. Swipe for my favorite moments, from the panel to the Texas BBQ dinner to golden hour by the pool. I’m telling you - the details and intention behind everything was perfection. WellAF really took the time to make everyone feel so spoiled. Thank you @bewell.af for building something this special. I cannot wait to see what you do next! #wellafpartner #bewellaf #wellaf

WellAF, indeed 🤘🏼 here’s everything I learned from @bewell.af ‘s WellAF 2026 Conference. I had the pleasure of moderating their mental health panel where we talked about finding yourself, finding your community and taking care of your mental health as a creator in the online space 🧠 #wellaf #mentalhealth #creator #womensupportingwomen
