It’s been months since I have picked up a brush. My how I have missed it.

I get lost when I paint.

It’s a happy place where my thoughts quiet with every swirling mesh of paint and water.

A lovely pause to the hamster wheel running in my mind.

A place where I can just be. 🤍

These wedding flowers travelled all the way back to Arkansas in a water bottle to be pressed!

The first person to guess where they came from will win 15% off a custom piece (including bridal bouquets 🤯) or a free pair of earrings!

One of my favorite things a client can ask me is, “ Can you ……?”

I love a challenge and making my clients ideas come to life! Often, it’s an idea I haven’t thought of, something super special and specific for the client or just plain cool!

So always ask! If I don’t think I can do it, or it’s not a medium I work with, I’ll let you know.

But most of the time, I will give it a shot!

So let’s be creative together! This client wanted cards to include in a gift made from wedding flowers! Of course I said yes! Such a fantastic idea, don’t you agree?!

My work allows me to connect with others on a deeper level every day through arrangements celebrating love and successes as well those expressing sympathy or grief.

The invitation to be a part of each client’s story is truly a remarkable honor.

Who loves some purple blooms?! 💜

Purple flowers are some of my very favorites! But did you know that pressed flowers aren’t always the same color as the original once pressed?

Can you tell me which of these flowers was originally red? Originally magenta?

This client wanted purple flowers, so I used a variety of flowers that now yield a beautiful purple end result.

Learning to distinguish what flowers to use to get the optimal end result has been in of the coolest parts of my job!

So purple lovers, can you spot the nots?

Leave me a 💜

A client reached out to me to preserve wildflowers her children had picked. Of course I said YES!!!!!!

Her idea was to take the flowers and make a framed memento for her to treasure but also ornaments to give to family as Christmas presents!

I love to take ideas and make them a reality for my clients!

So who is putting this on there “Must Do” for next spring?

😍
