Alright, we are in the home stretch here on the Selfie train and it’s time to highlight some special folks that have contributed to the creation of this little EP I’m calling “Unrequited Admiration Society” (I’ll go into more detail in a later post behind the meaning) soon to drop on @ropeadope via @moderniconrecordings this Friday! Today, I’m featuring non other than my man @infernodash ! Not only a multi-instrumentalist, but can runs circles around any rapper - I would say the best I’ve ever heard!! You can hear him especially on the last track of my EP on “Catch Me” where he’s laying down keys and takes the tune in a completely unintended direction that puts the proverbial cherry on top of the whole album. Many thanks my bro!! 😎 🙏🙏

This past year, I produced an EP for the guitarist Eric Gershenow from Philly.. We went into it questing for a sound, atmosphere and attitude.. we ended up with a very unique, powerful and evocative statement in guitar driven, instrumental music. Early September, will see it released on Modern Icon Recordings/ Ropeadope. Excited for you all to hear! Eric and I split up much of the instrumental duties but we had some cool guests too🤘: Tone Whitfield, Stephen Wise, Clay Stiles, Steven “Dash” Davis ..

Ok folks. I’m embarking on a “selfie” challenge to mark the count down of the release of my new EP on @ropeadope under @moderniconrecordings . For those who know me, I have a special loathing for selfies but releasing this EP is kind of a big deal for me and big deals come with a rights of passage. So, for the next 31 days, I’ll be posting daily with a new selfie until the official release date of Sept 4th. I do not guarantee they will be fabulous but unapologetically me, just like my EP. Huge thanks to @adrian_harpham for the many hours poured into producing these tracks, along with a stellar crew of musicians including my wingman @bassinyaface170 , Mr. @infernodash , @tone_whitfield , and my long time captain @stephen_wise_music dropping some serious saxophone. Can’t wait to share these tracks with you all! Xoxo
