More than just classes! 🫶🏻 We asked our Spring Reset members to share a little win since starting the challenge and their replies deserve a moment of their own. These are the things we love hearing about and getting to be a small part of them means so much to us! 🥹 Swipe through for their wins in their own words. We’re so proud of you all. 🩷 #pilatesstudio #reformerpilates #pilatessunshinecoast

Some of our amazing instructors across Inflow Kawana & Buderim 🫶🏻 These are some of the beautiful faces who help you move, feel good and feel at home in the studio. When we first opened in Birtinya four years ago, we had such a small team. Now there are 20 instructors across Kawana and Buderim, which feels a little surreal to say. I’m so grateful for this team of women. They care so much about the people who walk through our doors, and each of them brings something special to Inflow. They really are the heart of our studios. How did I get so lucky? 🥹 Alyse x

Welcome to the Inflow team, @oliviammckenzie! 🫶🏼 We are so excited to have the lovely Liv joining our team! One thing that really stood out to me about Liv is how deeply she cares about the people she teaches. She’s incredibly passionate about helping people feel stronger, move better and feel more confident in their bodies. You can expect thoughtful, intentionally programmed flows that will leave you feeling taller, stronger and more connected to your body. You can catch Liv every Tuesday morning at Inflow Kawana, as well as popping up for covers across both our Kawana & Buderim studios. We’re so happy to have you with us, Liv! 🤍

After a tailbone fracture & bicep strain causing some other back injuries, I’m easing back into my own practice with a nice big reformer stretch flow. One of my favourite classes to teach - every Tuesday 6:05pm @inflowkawana
