💪 Its's insanely clear how much relationships impact our health.

It’s not just what you eat or how much you work out —
it’s the strength and warmth of your relationships that predicts how long (and how well) you’ll live. You don't need a ton, just the connection that counts.

People who stay connected to family, friends, and community:
✅ Handle stress better
✅ Stay mentally sharper
✅ Have fewer health problems
✅ Live longer and happier lives

So make time for the people who lift you up — it’s one of the most powerful “health hacks” you can do.

🤩Nothing that comes out of this life will ever beat being a dad to 5 amazing humans and husband to @erika_mercill

The hardest thing and most rewarding thing I've ever done. Don't quit when it's hard. If you need to apologize, show back up again, and make the most of it.

It's easy to see that this phase of life doesn't last forever and it's absolutely amazing to be a part of. Grateful.

Did 17 miles in the heat of the day today with this about halfway. It made it totally doable. Grateful to have a 52° river flowing right through the middle of the city!

Cold plunge just have been shown to improve nervous system regulation, decreasing anxiety, decrease muscle soreness, and decrease generalized inflammation. It can be a huge reset for a body that is struggling.

Research is showing, however, that utilizing cold plunge right after working out, can't significantly decrease the strength benefits so if you are strength training, avoid doing it right after for recovery.

Cause we only got one shot. You’ll never be perfect. You don’t need to be. Just make it count.

⚡️

Do your best to consistently show up for yourself and let the rest be.

We off to a blistering pace in 2025? How you guys been?

The season of sugar can make us way more inflamed and susceptible to getting sick easier.

No wonder November-January gets a little wild with sickness.

But we gonna make a strong comeback after this week!

Lift, ride, walk, run, surf, board, swim.🏃‍♀️ 🚲 🏋️
We are in a health crisis of inactivity.
Get some movement.
It’ll help mentally and physically.
