What a day we had at The Inner Applause Experience on Sunday! 🤍 ✨

Thank you to @inner_applause for creating a space where women could show up, grow, and cheer each other on, and for donating 10% of profits to support families in the NICU with Miracle Babies.

I was so honored to speak alongside Anette, @partyfitness @britttazbb , @balancedbyjesol, @dalai_la and other badass women on a mission to heal the world.

This room was full of women choosing themselves and that in itself was inspiring for me.💗

Still glowing from the Inner Applause Experience yesterday in San Diego. What an incredible day of connection, inspiration, and space to reconnect with ourselves.

Brittany Jenkins, Jessica Soliz, Anette Michelle, and Jessica Love brought their voices and stories to a gathering designed to help us slow down, move, and be present. Ninfa kicked off the day with dance and movement, while Dalia Haas also helped guide the room with her work in conflict transformation, wellbeing, and yoga.

From breathwork and sound healing to movement and intentional connection, the experience invited us to pause, reflect, and take something meaningful with us.

And the day carried a beautiful purpose beyond the room: 10% of ticket sales will benefit Miracle Babies San Diego.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the Inner Applause Experience so special. I’m leaving inspired, grateful, and full of appreciation for what can happen when people come together with intention. ✨👏

Four words changed my life.

I thought the life I was supposed to want was the life I had to live.

Last night’s 11th House — Monthly Women’s Astrology Circle at @lavandesandiego was intimate, sacred and divine. 💫

Honestly, we were all so tapped into presence together that I totally forgot to snap any photos or videos except this one. 😂

It felt like a sacred sister sleepover, or dear friends sitting around a campfire. Except, most of us hadn’t met before/had only met a couple of times prior.

As each woman shared her truest essence, downloads and what was on her heart - she was witnessed, fully.

And as we all served as mirrors for one another through reflection, and each woman saw her magic within her unique astrology, I saw each of our walls come down.

Bringing us to a sweet space of reflection, inspiration, co creation and goosebumps felt by all. ✨

Thank you @lavandesandiego for hosting this community. I love seeing what we are building together in empowering the divine feminine through the magic of astrology.

A day of wellness, connection and purpose — all while giving back to NICU families.
We’re proud to partner with The Inner Applause Experience, a one-day wellness and empowerment experience taking place Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 10 AM–4 PM at Del Mar Social.
Created by a fellow NICU mom who understands firsthand how overwhelming it can be when your world is turned upside down, this experience is about more than wellness. It’s about creating space to move, breathe, connect, reflect and rise — while helping families who are navigating their own difficult journeys.
Through this partnership, 10% of ticket sales will be donated to Miracle Babies, helping provide transportation, mental health support and essential resources to families with babies in the NICU.
And there’s another way to be part of this incredible day…

Have you ever ignored a feeling in your gut and regretted it?

I have some news I’m both excited and a little nervous to share: on Sunday, October 11, I’ll be speaking at The Inner Applause Experience alongside 4 heart-led women on a mission. I’ll be telling my personal story in front of a live audience for the first time since 2018. ✨

My talk is about intuition: the gift my two grandmothers lived by, how it skipped a generation in my family, and the journey it took for me to reclaim it and break the cycle. It’s honest, sometimes hard, and ultimately full of hope. I hope you walk away trusting your own inner voice a little more. 🤍
