If we were pregnant, here’s what we’d prioritize. 🤍

After 18+ years of walking alongside hundreds of families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, our team has learned a thing or two about what can make a difference.

And one of the biggest? Having the right people in your corner.

Not just when something hurts. Not just when you have a question. And definitely not just when baby arrives.

We’re talking about a team that helps you feel informed, supported, comfortable in your changing body, and confident in the decisions you make along the way.

An OB or midwife you trust. A doula who understands your wishes. Providers who support your movement and physical well-being. Someone to call when feeding feels challenging. And a community that continues showing up long after birth.

Find the support that’s right for YOU as best you can before things start to feel overwhelming.

Because pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery and parenting aren’t about doing everything perfectly, but it takes a lot of pressure off when you know who to call on when you need support.

We’ve seen firsthand what it means for families to feel truly supported. And we believe every family deserves that kind of care.

We’re always happy to help you find your people, whether that’s here at Belly Bliss or somewhere else in our wonderful Denver community.

There’s a reason we love doulas so much. And this community member said it better than we ever could!

At Belly Bliss, we are HUGE advocates for doulas and the incredible role they play in supporting Denver families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. The education, reassurance, advocacy, and steady presence they bring to families is something we deeply value.

And we believe every family deserves the opportunity to learn about that support before deciding what feels right for them.

🍁 That’s why we host our FREE Meet the Doulas event every single month!

Our next one is TOMORROW!

Whether you’re actively looking for a doula, curious about what they do, or simply starting to build your birth team, this is a space to ask questions, make connections, and get to know some of the wonderful birth workers in our Denver community.

🍁 And to our Denver doulas, we have something for you, too!

We’re looking to welcome more doulas to the Belly Bliss team! If you’re passionate about supporting families, believe in collaborative care, and want to be part of a community that truly values the work you do, we’d love to connect.

Because building a village means bringing together the people who help families feel supported, informed, and cared for.

It’s only Thursday and we couldn’t wait to share what our week has looked like!

Sometimes we get to the end of the week, look back at everything that happened within these walls, and think… “wow, we really get to do this.” 😍

And this week? There has been so much to celebrate.

✨ Two breech babies turned head down.

✨ A mama who went from 8/10 sciatic pain to 0/10.

✨ Babies making progress with their latch and finding more restful sleep.

✨ Getting to meet the sweet little faces behind the bellies we’ve been caring for throughout pregnancy.

✨ Celebrating a beautiful new birth and the family that grew with it.

✨ Yoga classes filled with movement, laughter, and connection.

✨ Our littlest community members enjoying music, exploring, and learning together.

And somewhere between all the appointments, classes, conversations, and babies being passed around, something else was happening.

Families were finding their people.

Because as much as we love celebrating the big milestones, it’s often the little moments that remind us why we do what we do.

The relieved exhale. The happy tears. The familiar faces in our living room. The friendships forming between families who might never have crossed paths otherwise.

There’s a whole lot of good happening here. And we never want to become so busy that we forget to notice it.

What a privilege it is to be part of your village.

Here’s to another week of showing up for each other, celebrating every little win, and doing what we love.

With so much gratitude,
Your Belly Bliss team 🤍

EIGHTEEN YEARS. 🥹🤍

For 18 years, Belly Bliss has had the privilege of supporting Denver families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, babies, parenthood, and all the beautiful seasons in between. And while we’re incredibly proud of that milestone, this celebration really isn’t just about us.

It’s about YOU.

Every family who has walked through our doors. Every baby we’ve watched grow. Every parent who has trusted us during such a tender season of life. Every person who has taken a class, joined a workshop, referred a friend, shared a story, or simply made Belly Bliss part of their village.

So September 28–October 4, we’re celebrating the people who made 18 years possible: our community. 🎉

We’ll have goodies, little surprises, and plenty of reasons to stop by throughout the week. And you don’t need an appointment or a yoga class on the schedule to come see us. Pop in, bring the family, stay for a bit, and celebrate with us.

18 years of Belly Bliss.
18 years of families.
18 years of getting to do work we genuinely love.

What a gift. Thank you for being part of it. 🤍

September Workshops are here!

A new month means more opportunities to learn, connect, move, and find a little more support for whatever season your family is in.

This month, our workshop calendar is full of ways to prepare for birth, navigate postpartum, connect with your little one, learn alongside other parents, and maybe even find a few new people to add to your village.

Because sometimes you come for the workshop and leave with so much more. ✨

Take a peek at what’s happening this September, send this to a parent who should come with you, and save it so you don’t forget your favorites.

We can’t wait to have you in our space. 🤍

There’s something really special about moving alongside others who just get the season you’re in 💕

Prenatal yoga at Belly Bliss is about so much more than stretching.

It’s learning how to move with your changing body, creating space, building strength, practicing your breath, and finding positions that feel good now and may support you later in birth.

But maybe our favorite part?

The community that happens between the movements.

The conversations before class, the shared due dates, the “wait, you’re feeling that too?” moments and the familiar faces that start to feel a little more like your village each week.

Because pregnancy was never meant to be experienced in isolation.

So come for the movement, stay for the people. And maybe send this to a pregnant friend you wouldn’t mind having on the mat next to you ☺️
