Last week my family took yet another hit, but I refuse to let it knock me off my feet. We are resilient, & we are strong. I could have lost my wife and daughter and honestly it was scary hearing them scream as someone ran straight into our car.

During this time I refuse to allow it to disturb my peace. As the leader of my family I have to be the rock, I have to still lead from a place of peace and not frustration. It may not look perfect but taking moments to ground myself is what’s keeping me going. I will continue to show up the best I can. Yes we lost our car but they are still alive so I’m choosing to be grateful.

Hopefully I can be an example for a man going through a hard time right now who is figuring out how to lead while attacks are happening. I say to you bro. Take time for stillness. Kings always sit down and calmly assess situations before going to war. Take your time and release the need to fix everything in this moment.

There was a point in time where even you were a seed. Look at the development in your own. Life for evidence that growth is possible.

You can accomplish anything that you want. The promise is you are in your own way. You start and you stop. You’re trying to carry everything while dropping things along the way. Carrying one thing is easier than carrying everything

The very thing that you are building will also bring healing and positivity to your life. Show up even before the likes and views. You will see yourself starting to become a new person.

Every week I show up on a virtual call with a community of guys and the growth that I see with these guys speaks for itself. We as men need community even when we feel like we don’t. Inner King is open.

Year 32 was a year of transformation.

I poured into myself, led my family, built a community of men, and continued building a business rooted in purpose. There were challenges, setbacks, lessons, victories, and healing.

Healing feels good. Release feels good. Growth feels good.

Looking back, I’m proud of the man I’m becoming.

To anyone fighting through a difficult season: keep going. No season is wasted. Every challenge is shaping you into who you’re called to be. Celebrate the small wins. Honor your progress.

Year 32 wasn’t easy, but it was worth every lesson.

Cheers to Year 33.

I’m stepping into this next chapter with gratitude, faith, and expectation. The best is yet to come.

Nature been healing us since the beginning.

The sound of rain actually lowers cortisol, which is your stress hormone. It slows your heart rate, quiets your mind, and signals to your nervous system that it’s safe to relax.

Most of us are walking around dysregulated and don’t even know it. Tension in the body. Anxiety we can’t shake. A mind that won’t turn off.

Sometimes the reset you need is just stepping outside and letting nature do what it was always meant to do. Your nervous system was built to respond to this.

Both men chose things over their families and begin to the lose the very things they were choosing. Often as men we are so focused on other things that we miss time with the why.

Both men were losing more than they realized and those around them began to feel it. The work and title will be there when you get back to it but don’t miss out moments that you will never get back.

The comments revealed a lot to be honest, and I want to encourage you to seek help or even say it out loud for the first time if that has happened to you. I’m not doing this for me start a too movement but for you to have a release.

It is not a badge of honor and part of the problem is you just never felt safe to say it, or you didn’t think anyone would care. Well I care.

Do yourself a favor and release it. Nine times out of 10 it is showing up in your life and other ways like hyper-sexuality.

You deserve more

You can’t carry it all. It’s hard to see where you are going when you are busy carrying any and every thing that clouds your path. #fyp #fy #personaldevelopment
