Rooted in the Heart is a women’s group journey created to invite you inward when life has been pulling you outward. This ceremony offers space to soften, breathe, and remember the strength that has always been yours.

On Saturday, February 21, 2026, you are invited into a carefully held, heart-centered experience guided by Trish Andrews and Jamie Blackburn, licensed Natural Medicine Facilitators and mental health professionals. Together, we will explore the balance between surrender and strength, courage and vulnerability, within a safe and intentional community of women.

Through ritual, shared presence and reverent relationship with the mushrooms, we honor the wisdom of the body and the quiet power of coming back to the heart, reconnecting with resilience, intuition and love that already lives within you.

Space is limited. Link in bio to learn more and begin the registration process.

Adam and I were chatting when I came back from Mexico and we noticed a common theme.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Every time I come home after leading a women's circle, event, retreat, or just immersed in my own learning alongside women... I say the same thing EVERY TIME.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
"I feel so reset. I just like myself again."
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There is something just unexplainable magical and powerful about being surrounded by inspiring women and the energy of the feminine. There is a potent and tangible feeling of being seen, heard, and loved.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you would have asked my high school self-proclaimed "Guy's Girl" that future me would adopt a life's calling to support and uplift women... I would have fallen over in my chair. What I have found is that the magic of the divine feminine is what heals, nourishes, and creates. I'm so honored that I get to be part of that every single day.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I wish I could post and tag every woman that has made an impact on me in this feed, but I do have to say that putting together this collage brought tears to my eyes with gratitude. (and far too many to choose from!)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Happy International Women's Day to all the incredible people out there who are out there creating a ripple of impact, love, and spirit. To my friends, sisters, collaborators, teachers, support, colleagues…You are so loved.

November 1st is #nationalauthorsday!!!! Very fitting as my book turns one year on 11/15/21. I’m so darn proud of myself!!! The entire process has been one of the interesting experiences of my life—from the trek on New Zealand’s #teararoa itself (2014-15) to writing a manuscript (2016) to querying publishers (2017) to securing my publisher @atmospherepress (2019) to launching a book (2020) to enjoying my first year as an author (2021).
🥾🥾📚📚
To all the authors out there: Thank you for sharing your talents with all of us. I appreciate the blood, sweat and tears that goes into fingers tapping away at keyboards and making sentences count. All of us deserve a brownie—err, a whole plate of brownies—for our efforts!
🎉🎊🍾👏
Four simple ways to brighten an author’s day:
⭐️request their book from your local library
⭐️leave a review on Amazon (even if you didn’t purchase it there) and @goodreads
⭐️like/share their posts
⭐️purchase a book directly from an author as a gift (holidays are coming up!)
