Day 16 Active Post:
Flying solo at my weekly training sesh today — and honestly, I was a little out of character. Gotta give credit where it’s due — big thanks to @drcoachrex for pushing me through a solid workout. It wasn’t easy, but somehow this set hit just right! No two weeks notice given.

Now I’m passing the challenge on — tagging @mommagk18 and @insertcoolnamehere to share your own active post. Let’s keep each other moving!

Aug challenge Day 26: music has always served me as therapy. With just finally realizing I may have ADHD as an adult I understand how music has gotten me through so much. Improving my focus and keeping my attention on task to motivation. I also feel that it helps me be mindful on my feelings.

So happy @bigbrain_boov decided to purchase a copy of Chappell Roan for the home after buying one for a gift for his eldest.

If you don’t know about Chappell Roan you should check her out, she gives me a bit of that Kate Bush vibe.

Today wellness activity was adding vegetables to my not so healthy instant ramen.

I love my not so healthy foods and I refuse to go on a diet but I do try to make better and healthier choices. Like adding more fruit and veggies to my diet. Don’t get me wrong I’ll still eat pizza and ice cream and drink boba but I do make an effort to do it all in moderation.

Had an amazing time at @designercon this year, and the booths by @brokepiggy and @mrscotttolleson were without a doubt my favorites. Although I still didn’t take as many pictures as I would have liked, this is quite an improvement from previous years. Getting to meet and reconnect with artists and friends, as well as celebrate the art of those we hold dear to us, their booths had it all. Thank you for giving us an amazing experience and memories to last a lifetime!

Thankful for my wife and all the friends I’ve made through the years of collecting, new and old!! I’ve had an eventful year and so many people have come into my life that mean a lot to me and I see as family. Wish I had more photos from cons but that’s something I’ll need to work on next year!!

Also thankful to the artists that make the art that I truly enjoy and love to collect! Without their hard work and creativity I wouldn’t be a collector and have made these great friends!
