POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hollywood is home. And this race is personal. ❤️🏡

I was born right here in District 3. I’m a husband, father, small business owner, and proud member of the community that has given my family so much. From serving on city and county boards to building a business and raising my kids here, I’ve spent my life invested in Hollywood’s future.

Now, I’m ready to put that experience to work for YOU.

My priorities are simple:
✅ Lower taxes and fees to keep Hollywood affordable.
🚔 Support public safety and our first responders.
🌧️ Fight neighborhood flooding** and strengthen our environmental resiliency.
🏗️ Demand responsible development that puts infrastructure and our neighborhoods first.

This campaign is about more than promises. It’s about respect, reform, and results for the people who call Hollywood home.

🗳️ EARLY VOTING STARTS TODAY! October 19–November 1, daily from 7 AM–7 PM. Election Day is Tuesday, November 3.

There’s still time to get involved! Volunteer, request a yard sign, or chip in to help us cross the finish line.

📲 DM me or text (954-591-5887) to join the team!

Let’s get it done, Hollywood! 💪

Turtle is playful, curious, and has the exact amount of tortie attitude you’d expect. When she gets excited, she wags her tail so hard her whole little butt wiggles.

🚨Hollywood Beach is one of the last low rise beach communities left in South Florida. This Wednesday is the FINAL VOTE on a plan that would allow for dramatically taller development across Hollywood Beach.

If it passes:

• Hollywood Beach Resort: The historic resort is already at risk of demolition. The Bonus Overlay could allow its redevelopment to reach 34 to 49 stories.

• 1301 S. Ocean Drive: Publicly owned land currently proposed for a 27 story residential tower.

• Across Hollywood Beach: Much of the beach is currently limited to 65 feet, roughly 5 to 6 stories. The Bonus Overlay would allow development reaching up to 30 stories across large areas of the beach.

PLEASE SHOW UP. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU CAN DO!!!

📅 Wednesday, October 7 at 3 PM
📍 Hollywood City Hall

We need as many people in that room as possible telling the Commission that we do not want this.

If you care about keeping Hollywood Beach the place we know and love, this is the meeting to come to.

If you absolutely cannot make it, please email the Mayor and Commissioners and tell them to VOTE NO on the Hollywood Beach Bonus Overlay.

EMAIL: mayor-commissioners@hollywoodfl.org

BIG thank you to @pushdownxturn for the incredible flyer work once again. 💓

@thebikeshackhollywoodbeach Some places just feel like a memory waiting to happen. 🌴🚲❤️

Before Hollywood Beach changes forever, take a day to slow down and enjoy what makes it special — nearly 3 miles of beautiful, auto-free boardwalk, ocean breezes, little shops, great restaurants, and that unmistakable low-rise, old-Florida charm.

Grab a bike and make a day of it. ❤️

Whether it’s a date, a family adventure, or just a staycation with someone you love, there’s something special about cruising the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk with nowhere you need to be.

And when it’s time to rent, Bike Shack Hollywood Beach is our go-to — the biggest selection, the best staff, and bikes for everyone.

🎟️ Mention TikTok and get 20% OFF your entire bike rental!

Hollywood Beach is growing, and high-rises are coming. But for now, you can still experience the quaint, low-rise character that has made this place special for generations.

Come enjoy it while it’s still the Hollywood Beach we know and love. 🌴🌊🚲

THE SECRET IS OUT. 🍷

We probably should have thought this through a little more.

Introducing THE SECRET SIP SOCIETY — a monthly gathering of curious drinkers, interesting bottles and very questionable company.

Only 150 Founding Members will be admitted.

And every one of them gets a number.

001–150.

Numbers are issued in the order you join.

Which means, as of right now…

001 belongs to nobody.

Doors open at 5PM TODAY.

First one in gets first crack at it.

Membership is $99/month and includes curated wine, tastings, member privileges, suspiciously good deals and several things our attorneys would probably prefer we describe more carefully.

And then there’s November 14.

We’re having a protest.

About wine.

More on that later.

For now:

150 PEOPLE.
150 NUMBERS.
ONE SECRET SIP SOCIETY.

Who gets 001?

📍 The Vintage
1955 Harrison Street
Downtown Hollywood

Good wine. Bad decisions. Great company.

🚨 Update: the commission will have the FINAL vote on the overlay Wed. October 7 - Hollywood City Hall Room 219. Beach items start at 3 PM. Please show up and be heard!

How tall should buildings be on Hollywood Beach? 🙏🏼 Our beach needs you to speak up NOW!!

THIS Wednesday, September 16, the City Commission is considering a new Overlay that could allow significantly taller buildings and more development along Hollywood Beach.

Most importantly, historic Hollywood Beach Hotel could potentially reach nearly 50 stories.

The Commission starts at 1 PM. Hollywood Beach items start at 3 PM.

We need to fill the room once more! Last week’s Planning & Development Board meeting discussing this item went until around 2:30 AM…

📍 Hollywood City Hall, Room 219 - 1:00 PM start
