“One of the greatest tragedies in life is that you will always be loved, more than you will ever know.” The Frame was a love letter to the legacies left behind - a way to honour impact, memory, and emphasize just how big of a mark you can leave on someone’s life, without even realizing it. It all started with a $5 thrift store frame, a spoken word poem and an idea. I can’t emphasize enough how proud I am of these girls for their work, commitment and artistry that grew so strong this season, at an average age of just 13.

Outside of this incredible success this season, the thing that makes me proudest is watching how each of you brought your own hearts and souls into this piece. I wanted to create a tribute to everyone who we once got to see all the time, and now who we only get to see framed in past pictures. Either through a lifetime of being in the picture, or simply a moment of sharing a smile; impact transcends one moment in time. “You may think you have always disappeared when you’re no longer in the picture. But you’ve never left the frame.” 🫀

Inspire nationals semifinalist! I am so grateful I was given this opportunity to compete in my first nationals. I am thrilled that I advanced all the way to the semifinals. Everyone there was so extremely talented and earned their spot in this competition. I had an amazing experience and made so many great memories I will cherish for years to come. Hoping that next year I will earn my spot back into the competition but until then our journey continues!

Inspire Nationals 2026 was a huge success. I am so grateful to have been crowned the Intermediate Division Champion, and for both of my solos to have made it into the Top Ten Dance Off. This competition was a perfect way to conclude my 2025-26 competitive season.

Huge thanks goes towards both of my amazing choreographers Alyssa Gooder and @sldono3 , and the amazing judges and team at @inspiredancechallenge for such an amazing weekend.

I have been feeling such an overwhelming sense of gratitude lately because things that used to be question marks, are now exclamation marks. This season I went home as top choreographer at 3/4 competition weekends of the season. Which for our studio, was 100% of the 2026 season.

It has been, and continues to be such an honour to share the stage with some of the best creators out there.

I know for some this may be a norm - but for me, these are huge dreams and goals I am accomplishing year by year and I am SO proud of myself and my team of dancers who are so driven and willing to level up to new heights. Looking over my last 5 years in review, I see the growth, I see the build, and I see the discipline and strength! What makes me even prouder is that it is all lead by community, passion, and understanding that the purpose lies so far beyond dance. There is always a bigger picture, and we are currently living it.

Thank you to my people who unwaveringly continue to believe in me and my kids, support us, and celebrate with us. I am so grateful for you, and I am so lucky to be able to do the things I do. I am truly living out my dreams.🤍✨

Last weekend at Inspire Dance Challenge was one to remember. ✨

We are incredibly proud of our Snappers for representing us with such kindness, confidence, teamwork, and passion both on and off the stage.

Watching our dancers encourage one another, celebrate each other’s successes, and perform with so much heart is what makes weekends like these so special. ❤️

Congratulations dancers - your hard work and dedication continue to make us proud every single day!
