Today is about more than just celebration; it’s about representation. We know that AI and digital narratives often carry the biases of the past. With our campaign, we are using Google's Nano Banana to rewrite that script.

For the past few weeks, we’ve been joined by an incredible group of inspiring power women from our partner group. They’ve stepped into the AI lens to challenge stereotypes - transforming from their real-world roles into everything from Paleontologists and Civil Engineers to Hackers and AI Specialists.

But this isn't just about them - it's about you. Your experience is the foundation, and your imagination is the only tool you need to bridge the gender gap in the digital age.

Even when we hold the same jobs or pursue the same degrees, a gap emerges.

A study by Mandag Morgen shows that women use AI 20% less than their male colleagues, regardless of industry or education.

This is a behavioral gap we must address if we want to ensure equal opportunity in the future economy.

Når vi tænker på en “mekaniker” eller en “sygeplejerske”, tyr vores hjerne ofte til en kønsopdelt silhuet. Det kaldes Confirmation Bias. Hvis vi ikke udfordrer det, vil AI blot kopiere status quo.
@Reimagine bruger Gemini og Nano Banana fra @Google til det modsatte: At hjælpe os med at tænke ud af boksen. Ved at visualisere os selv i roller, vi aldrig troede var “for os”, træner vi vores hjerner til at se nye horisonter. Du behøver ikke være AI-ekspert for at gå forrest – du skal bare have modet til at se dig selv anderledes.

Our new campaign film explores that question through AI. Reimagined with @googlegemini and Gemini Flow, the film places Google Denmark’s Country Director Bianca Bruhn into pivotal moments in European history - and into the future we are building.

But technology alone is not enough. Europe’s competitive edge in the AI era depends on gender-diverse representation in who designs, builds, and leads it. Without diversity, we limit innovation - and ourselves.

Only 21.3% of Denmark’s AI workforce are women. 📉 Why is this number important?

Because it shows that the people designing our collective future around AI do not represent our society as a whole. When female voices are missing from the development of artificial intelligence, we risk embedding the biases of the past into the technologies of the future.

The official launch of the ‘Inspiring Diversity in AI and Cyber’ initiative that focuses on building an inclusive ecosystem that empowers the next generation of tech talents and startups in AI and cybersecurity through networking events, mentorship programs, and a pipeline of talents.

In collaboration with @danskerhverv, and @intechfounders, supported by a strong network of partners, and funded by @Industriens Fond.

We’re thrilled to start this initiative and look forward to driving change, connecting talent with opportunities, and creating a platform for innovation that’s diverse and dynamic.
