Together with 18 other wonderful participants from different nationalities, i took part in the Erasmus+ mobility “Building Bridges trough Non-Violent Communication ” ✨

During the project, we explored Nonviolent Communication (NVC), active listening, inclusive language, intercultural communication and conflict resolution. Through workshops, simulations, role plays and group activities, we learned how to communicate with empathy, express needs clearly and build stronger relationships based on understanding and respect.

The project also provided practical tools for supporting young people, addressing sensitive topics in a non-judgmental way and creating more inclusive environments in youth work and everyday life.

This experience helped me grow both professionally and personally, strengthening competences such as empathy, teamwork, active listening, intercultural awareness and constructive communication.

The most important thing I learned during this project was how powerful the connection can be between people who truly listen and express their needs and feelings.🧚‍♀️

A big thank you to all the facilitators and participants. You guys made this experience amazing✨

🇵🇱✨ A journey of learning and deep connection in Poland.

I am taking so many incredible things from this beautiful project that I was lucky enough to be a part of, "Building Bridges". I am returning home deeply grateful for the incredible people I met, immense personal growth, and memories of unforgettable places.

This has been a deeply enriching experience that has given me key tools and skills to improve how I communicate with youth and communities. Thanks to the workshops on Nonviolent Communication (NVC), I have integrated essential learnings for my professional and daily life:

🔹 Understanding the great importance and value of knowing how to say "no" in NVC.
🔹 Consciously identifying the communication methods and patterns we use with one another.
🔹 Developing real, empathetic listening to connect more deeply with others.
🔹 Embracing authenticity and openness as powerful tools for honest and responsible communication.
🔹 Enhancing my skills for conflict resolution and collaborative teamwork within a multicultural environment.

A huge thank you to @instytut_pcc and the entire team @maryia_hl @arciszevska @filippo__caio @peter.picture for making this transformative experience possible. 🙌
