✨ Teacher Feature Tuesday ✨ This week, we’re so excited to welcome Róisín Reidy to the Common Ground community 🌱 Róisín’s classes are playful, approachable, and deeply connected to the breath - encouraging students to trust their own unique flow and simply enjoy the experience of movement. Drawing inspiration from many movement modalities, she creates spaces that feel grounding, freeing, and full of ease. Off the mat, Róisín works as a family nurse practitioner and believes mobility, strength, peace, and inner harmony are essential ingredients for a healthy and fulfilling life — values that beautifully shape her teaching. We’re thrilled to have her joining the team as she begins her new weekly Sunday series at Savard @savardbeerandboard (with a complementary refreshment after!) starting this Sunday, May 31st at 4pm 🧘‍♀️✨ Come move, breathe, and connect with us on Common Ground 💛
