Strength & Conditioning for Boxers.

Your boxing skills come first. Your physical preparation should help you express them when it matters.

My S&C coaching is built around the demands of boxing: developing strength, explosive power and conditioning that holds up across the rounds.

Every programme is tailored to the boxer, their training and their competition schedule. This is the approach I’ve use to train World, European & International Champions, preparing for the ring.

Ready to take your physical preparation seriously? Apply for coaching through the link in my bio. 🔗📲
