Fitness is better with friends 👯

Strength training, vitamin D, and good company a reminder that staying active as we age doesn’t have to be complicated or something we do alone.

That’s what I want to keep practicing well into my 80s💪

Today exceeded every expectation I had — thank you to each and every one of you who showed up. Getting to do what I love, surrounded by this community, is something I don’t take for granted.

And a huge thank you to @happycoffeeclub.sc for opening up the space and being so incredible in making this happen.

HIIT workouts shouldn’t be 45-50 minutes! They should be 10-15 minutes, short bursts of all out effort, with 1-2 minutes of rest in between💦🔋

Get yourself a friend like @cassidycoleman__ who is going to ask you the questions you haven’t even thought about!

Cass puts me in the hot seat and asked me all things a potential client might have before starting a coaching program posted to my YouTube in my bio 🤸🏽‍♀️🤪💕

Hi hi!! This has been on my heart for as long as I can remember and I now feel so confident and excited to announce I am officially launching my own coaching business called Intentional Body Co!

I am hoping to help women virtually/in-person with strength training, nutrition, education, accountability, and much more! After years of personal training and fully remote coaching I am very encouraged to take a hybrid approach and help any woman, anyway I can ♥️
