Thanks to my friends at @gardenoflife for supporting me through every day.

Remember - if you're trying to exercise to create any kind of positive change in your body, whether in how you look/feel/perform, the MOST important factor is consistency. Do something every day. It doesn't have to be an amazing workout. It shouldn't be torture. Just move. Every day.

The real work happens off the court. Before last week’s games, we chopped it up with some of the players to check in on their mental.

The youth need people that they can comfortably vent to without judgement. We’re trying to create that space and let them know we’re family and more than basketball 🤞🏽

Let’s keep creating safe spaces for the kids in this city. They’re the future!

Thank you to our friends at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, who recently packed a record 6,000 bags of nutritious, kid-friendly food and notes of encouragement to bring smiles, certainty, and hunger-free weekends to children all across Chicagoland! Thank you as well to our wonderful event hosts at the @intentionalsports facility. Together, we are #oneteamforallkids! 🎒
