Okay fine here😒🤣

So this run wasn’t about pace or performance…it was about presence.

The half marathon felt different this time. Not because it was easy…but because I’ve been through way harder things in the last year. Marathons, mental battles, personal growth… this one was about enjoying the moment.

No ego. No clock watching. Just running, breathing, and being right there with my brother and my friends. Watching them push through, watching us cross that finish line together, that was the real win.

Because I remember what it felt like doing it alone. The silence, the struggle, the doubt that creeps in halfway through. And that’s exactly why this one hit deeper..it wasn’t about me anymore. It was about us.

Sometimes you don’t run to prove something. You run to remind yourself, and the people beside you..that you can always go further together.

Thanks for watching, love yall❤️

A massive thank you to everyone who participated in the MUNGU 5k fundraiser, both in San Diego and virtually across the world. We raised over $1000 to help secure housing for the kids in our academy!

We ask for your continued help and prayers as we get housing and make sure all the kids have their needs met!

If you’re interested in learning more on how to support MUNGU, go to our link in bio!

Should just start a handball league at this point 🪩

Love hosting these sunset sessions every other Thursday. The people who come are what makes it. If you weren’t able to make it, come next time! We are going to have a special guest coming 👀
