Spending my Labor Day outside with this handsome man😻💕 We tried a different side of the Almaden Quicksilver County Park, which was so fun!! We will definitely be heading back as the trails were just so unique and with many options--who doesn't love options?? After having super sore calves, I really pushed myself to do an active recovery hike to get my muscle to heal faster and I am so glad I did. Sometimes you can't only live in a gym, but you gotta take a step outside and enjoy what's around you too!! I hope everyone is having a relaxing Labor Day like we are now!! If you're wondering where trails may be in your area, do a little research! Most country parks have a website with great trail info, but reach out and call if there are any pressing questions!! Stay safe, hydrated, and positive today!!🌿✨
