There is a point where we grow so tired of the heavy feeling we carry, our own little corner of hell inside, that we become ready for something new.

Every piece of knowledge and every result I have gained came from being willing to give up anything. In the hardest time of my marriage I was ready to let even that go, because I had chosen to follow the truth wherever it led.

That willingness is the doorway. When you are ready to release whatever keeps the old experience alive, truth can move through your life and everything begins to reorganize around it.

The retreat in Chiang Mai with Simba opened up so many emotions❤️

I also had the privilege of guiding some new friends through a gentle practice to help release headaches, calm the nervous system, and settle into the body before it was time to sleep.

So grateful for these beautiful moments of connection, trust, and sharing. 🙏✨

As September comes to a close, we’re filled with gratitude for every person who journeyed with us. ✨⁣
⁣
Thank you for showing up — for yourself, for one another, and for the moments of sound, movement, stillness, reflection, and connection we shared throughout the month.⁣
⁣
Every session becomes something special because of the energy and presence you bring into our space. 💛⁣
⁣
Now, we gently turn toward October and a new month of journeys, experiences, and opportunities to reconnect within.⁣
⁣
Thank you for being part of our circle. We look forward to continuing the journey together. ✨⁣

BEAUTY , KINDNESS … the KINDNESS …

2x at the walking night market last evening … vendors saw me carrying my food trash … and asked if they could throw it away for me … what ??? Hordes of people and still they noticed this and interrupted my steps through the market only to make my walking easier , lighter … nothing for them to get out of this materially just kindness to give to me and happiness to be kind to me happiness for them and for me … thank you for all of it ❤️❤️

This photo …captured in the last moments of the Internal Alchemy retreat with Simba :)

Thank you to everyone who was there and so present . The amount of depth reached in 2 days with a group of people ( none of which I had ever met in person and only 3 I had met online ).
The sharing and opening allowed a deep knowing and seeing that to me is the essence of life and absolutely the best of it ❤️❤️

In deepest gratitude to you all ❤️

In deepest gratitude to Simba who held us all in the most precious , expansive container.. Thank You ❤️

Här, på landsbygden utanför Chiang Mai. 🌿
