POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We give so much encouragement to the women we love around us. This evening was a chance to offer some of that kindness to ourselves, too. 💕

Hosting Beautiful Me (@selfesteemrising ) with my friend @nancyluong17 at Intertrend in Long Beach meant so much❤️🙏Thank you to every woman who showed up, shared, listened, and made room for one another. And to my mom, who helped me prepare the food to make everyone feel welcome.

Thank you to @intertrend for opening your doors for us to host this in the Long Beach community and to the @hancefamilyfoundation @selfesteemrising for bringing us together through Beautiful Me.

We deserve to recognize the good in ourselves, even while we’re still growing.

Culture doesn’t stay in its lane, and neither does this panel!🔥

Dr. Alison Heney of @molaa.art is joining Unexpected Connections: Culture as Capital. She’s a researcher, an educator with 15+ years in the field, and a Latina voice on what happens when cultures meet, and why it matters well beyond pop culture.

We’re thrilled to have her join the panel discussion along with Tim Chan (Penske Media), Matthew Choy (Intertrend), and Chris Baek (CJ ENM USA / KCON).

📅 Tue, Oct 20 | 5–7PM
📍 Penske Media Screening Room, LA
Limited seats. RSVP via link in bio.

For 17 years, Unexpected Connections has brought people from different worlds together to explore what happens when cultures collide. This time, we’re asking:

Just how deep does Asian culture run in America?

We found a few surprises. Now we’re bringing together people shaping culture to unpack them live. 🎙️

Last Friday, August 21, we welcomed the IDSA community to the Downtown Long Beach Design District!

Inspired by The Authenticity Project, guests explored @studiooneeleven, @idrlresearchers, @intertrend @creativeclass_lb, Psychic Temple, and the Edison Theatre, experiencing how collaboration, creativity, and community continue to shape our growing district.

We wrapped up with drinks and conversation at @midnightoil.lbc . Thanks to everyone who joined us!

🎨Long Beach Walls is back, and DTLB is already feeling the creative energy!🌴

We stopped by the @longbeachwalls_artrenzei Welcome Ceremony and left feeling inspired for the colorful week ahead. Artists from Long Beach and around the world have already begun transforming Downtown walls into vibrant works of public art. 🖌️🌎 From murals and installations to community events and creative activations, Long Beach Walls + Art Renzei continues through June 13, bringing fresh art, new perspectives, and plenty of reasons to explore DTLB!

A special thank you to @mrjasperwong for the inspiring words that reminded us how art can transform the way we see and experience the spaces around us. ✨

👀✨ Keep your eyes up, you never know what masterpiece might be taking shape around the next corner!
