The Primary Suite at Port II really made us think. We kept the windows right where they were to preserve the exterior and soak up that dreamy morning sun ☀️ so we had to get creative with the layout. Pulling the sinks a little close together added so much charm — and still left plenty of counter space to spread out and get ready (always the goal).

The only tradeoff? The couple might have to get a little close while brushing their teeth… maybe even sneak in a little booty pat on the way by. Just saying.

The wet room is probably our favorite moment. We placed the freestanding tub inside the shower to really maximize the footprint, and we’re obsessed with how intentional and efficient it feels. Definitely a detail we’ll be repeating.

Layered textures, the sweetest little details hidden throughout, heated floors to keep everything warm and cozy — it’s a good one. Peep the details ✨

Effortless flow from space to space.

Browns and creams layered with brass and polished nickel give this kitchen + dining room that timeless, lived-in feel. 🤎 Shout out to true marble countertops with an ogee edge; we’ll love you forever!

Love a good floor transition. Especially this one because our guy, Kane helped create the custom pattern in our little penny tiles 🤍

This baby ✨SOLD✨ back in November — and it was a record sale for split foyers in the Anchorage community of Annapolis! 🏡

And just to be clear… not that there’s anything wrong with a split foyer 😅 but, this one was honestly our biggest challenge yet.

Because… how do you make a split foyer not feel like a split foyer?

Answer: you design with intention. You create custom spaces that feel warm, natural, and anything but cookie-cutter.

From the floor plan to the finish selections, every detail was thoughtfully chosen, and we couldn’t be more proud of how it turned out.

Better late than never on sharing this transformation 🙌
More detailed photos from the amazing @alexhdphoto coming soon.

Shout out to @greateastern_contracting for ALWAYS going above and beyond to implement the design and provide a top notch final product. On to the next one 🛠️🤍

✨ Kind words like these ✨

As a small business, we can’t tell you enough how much reviews like this mean to us. We truly take every message to heart. 🤍

“I cannot recommend Intuitive Design enough! Rachel and Becca helped us completely redesign our master bathroom and create a screen porch add on to our house. Rachel had great ideas on how to maximize space with the layout and Becca’s design ideas gave us beautiful, relaxing spaces that we look forward to using every day. We are so happy with how both spaces turned out and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Intuitive Design again for a future project!”

To everyone who takes the time to share their experience—thank you. It helps our small business more than you know. 🫶✨
