September has been a whirlwind as summer faded out and back-to-school and back-to-the-art-world season kicked in. Throw in a wedding, a few weekends away, and everything in between! And we haven’t even gotten to my birthday or the art fairs yet. 🤍 😉 ❤️

🥰 Reflecting and deeply grateful for a complete break and the best weekend in Maine. In a time of building and growth and focusing on work, taking a complete 4 day break last weekend in fun and silliness reminds me that there is no replacement for love, connection, deep conversations, coffee and laughter. ♥️

This weekend I encourage you to be REALLY present with your loved ones. Sit with the people who love you and show up for them and tell them how you feel about them. Everything you do is to bring you back to connection.

We laughed. We shared stories. We had honest conversations. Most importantly, we connected. 🫶🏼

A huge thank you to Rick Song, The ADVERTISING Club of New York, RAD Amplify, Teremana Tequila, and McCann for hosting such an incredible evening to conclude Shannon’s and my East Coast tour in NYC.

What made the night special wasn’t just being on stage—it was the authenticity of the conversation. We spoke openly about leadership, community, representation, resilience, and the responsibility we all share in helping shape and inspire future generations within the AAPI community and beyond.

The energy in the room, the audience engagement, the laughter, and the meaningful discussions reminded us why these conversations matter. Our hope is that everyone left with something to reflect on, something to carry forward, and perhaps a renewed sense of purpose in how we lead, support one another, and create opportunities for those who come after us.

On behalf of Shannon, myself, and the Bruce Lee Foundation, thank you to everyone who spent the evening with us. We were honored to be part of such a thoughtful and impactful event, and grateful for every conversation that continued long after we stepped off the stage. 🙏🔥

Drawn to the life and legacy of the popular Clairvoyant Edgar Cayce at an early age, Tony first became aware of his own psychic abilities in adolescence. His work has found its most resonant expression in what he calls “intuitive counseling,” a practice that transcends the roles of life coach, therapist, or mystic.

His mission is simple: to help you access your inner strength and embrace your potential. Over his career, Tony has been prominently featured in Marie Claire, Elle Magazine, The New York Times, Goop, The Hollywood Reporter, New York Magazine, and The Huffington Post, as well as in various podcasts, including the Bruce Lee Podcast and That’s Total Mom Sense. Tony shares his personal story from recognition of intuition as something that has always been with him to learning in high school that not everyone processes like him, which made him stop going to high school until his mom found out. In college, he told a professor about his experiences, and the professor recommended a book on shamanism, which helped him better understand his intuition. Presently, Tony receives information in several ways, enabling him to share healing messages with his clients.
