In a world surrounded by ego, calisthenics has introduced me to some of the most humble people and one of the most humbling sports.

Yesterday’s meet was a perfect reminder of what this community is really about — encouragement, growth, and supporting one another.

There’s no better feeling than surrounding yourself with people who genuinely want to see you grow, while pushing themselves to grow alongside you.

That’s what calisthenics is all about. 🤝

We’re so proud of Emma Bergeron and Dallas, jumping to a great result in Sunday’s $20,000 Odlum Brown Grand Prix with just one light rail keeping them out of the jump off. 🤩 Great work, Emma!
