POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We’re excited to welcome the @invocationretreats to the Retreat Finder network.

Based in New Mexico, this practice is built on one idea: that you are your own greatest healer.

Retreat highlights:

▪️Small by design. Just five to six women per group retreat.

▪️Built for how you think. Made for highly sensitive, neurodivergent, ADHD, autistic, and empath women.

▪️Sandia Mountains setting. Quiet high desert, minutes from Albuquerque.

▪️More than one way in. Group retreat, private intensive, or virtual coaching.

▪️Vetted both ways. An application and discovery call ensures the right fit.

Becoming Monumental II
Artifact of a Retreat Ritual

——————————————————-
Deterritorialization of the body.

Gestures, movement, visuals
serve as skeuomorphic residue.

A moment frozen in time
holding what the body
has moved through and toward.

This piece was selected for exhibition at The Lab on Santa Fe in Denver. This show was highly competitive with <5% acceptance.

THE UNKNOWN exhibition runs from June 12 - July 11
840 Santa Fe Dr, Denver Colorado. Go check it out if you’re in the area or make a trip!

🌈 Change is not the enemy.
It’s an invitation. 💌

What if you learned to breathe through your worst fears?

Could you surrender down the chute of transformation instead of resisting it? 🌊

What if you didn’t fight it or hold onto your old stories and simply allowed it to be? 🌿

Could you witness change without fear? 👁️

Could you notice without judgement?✨

Could you trust yourself to navigate the unknown? 🌀

And what if…after all the pain 😔, the darkness 🌑, the moments of hopelessness—
there were butterflies 🦋, rainbows 🌈, and wildflowers 🪻waiting to dance with you on the other side?

✨ I’m honored to host 10 more 1:1 healing plant medicine retreats this fall and winter rooted in safety 🤍, softness 💫, and sacred witnessing 🙏
to support you through the tender portal of change.

DM for more info or check out the retreat link in bio if interested.
