Mercedes-Benz 720 Großer | Thesis Project
By Ioannis Loutridis — @ioannisloutridis

Luxury beyond excess. The Mercedes-Benz 720 Großer reimagines the grand tourer as a personal sanctuary, designed around travel, craftsmanship, and the memories made along the way.

Drawing inspiration from the commanding proportions of historic Mercedes-Benz flagships, the concept combines a long, grounded silhouette with sculptural bodywork, a monolithic front fascia, and a distinctive floating upper structure. Deep burgundy surfaces contrast with metallic detailing and exposed structural elements, creating a design language that balances heritage with contemporary architectural minimalism.

Inside, the cabin takes on the character of a ceremonial lounge. Rich red upholstery, tactile materials, a symmetrical dashboard, and an unconventional open-driver layout transform the interior into a space shaped by atmosphere and ritual rather than conventional luxury conventions.

Conceived for the individual who values photography, personal objects, and purposeful journeys, the 720 Großer integrates storage, comfort, and craftsmanship into the travel experience itself.

A grand tourer built around the art of travelling, not simply the act of arriving.

Well this is a more of a personal post, but this signifies an important chapter coming to an end. Three and a half years of hard labor, little tomfoolery, and being around some of the greatest people I ever met and I can say I feel accomplished. I'm only at the beginning of what to me, feels like a powerful journey ahead.

I also want to say how grateful I am to all my family and homies outside of college who understood what I was going through and rooted me on! This program wasn't made for the weak, and college isn't for everybody. But i think if you know truly what you wanna do in life I say follow through with it!

I'm excited to see where my design career goes I'm gonna stay busy but enjoy life for now... That doesn't mean I don't have things lined up or am going to stop the grind! Thanks to all those who stuck beside me these years :) Love you all!

2028 Ferrari Maranello
By : Ioannis Loutridis @ioannisloutridis

"The 2028 Ferrari Maranello is exploring the future of the electric Gran Touring vehicle. Envisioning an extremely powerful vehicle with enough presence to make up for the lack of exhaust sound. The Ferrari Maranello is a vehicle for people that value quality time and items. People that do not need to shout to command attention. In a world where supercars seem to be getting more obnoxious and loud year by year, the Maranello projects power, elegance and presence."

The 2028 Ferrari Maranello embodies a new philosophy for supercars. While traditional sports cars often make their presence known through roaring engines, the Maranello opts for a more subtle approach. This Ferrari concept model represents power and is designed for those who appreciate a vehicle that commands respect and attention through its refined presence, rather than sheer noise.
