❤️ November is National Homelessness Awareness Month, and Hearts for the Invisible Charlotte Coalition is using the power of theater to raise awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding homelessness in our community.

🎭 On November 14th, Hearts for the Invisible Charlotte Coalition is partnering with members of Charlotte’s theater community to present *Another Day in Paradise*, a live performance at Independent Picture House that sheds light on the realities of homelessness in Mecklenburg County.

🏠 As of September 2026, 2,995 individuals are experiencing homelessness in Mecklenburg County. Through three powerful vignettes based on real stories, the performance highlights the challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness and the important role street outreach plays in connecting them with housing, healthcare, and essential resources.

🤝 As Mecklenburg County’s lead street outreach agency serving individuals and families experiencing unsheltered homelessness, Hearts for the Invisible Charlotte Coalition works to help neighbors move toward safety, stability, and permanent housing.
