These past two weeks have been extremely busy! It’s wedding season so we’ve been doing tons of weddings, and banquets for corporate events. The pictures included in this post are from a recent Indian wedding that we had here on the south terrace of the estate, and a corporate event up in the loft of the stable. Me and a couple other coworkers got put on the busiest station of the night which was the Samosa Chaat (first pic)(along with Panipuri, second pic), an Indian street food with the base being a smashed/chopped samosa with toppings, like tomato, red onion, cilantro and multiple different spicy and sweet chutneys and yogurt sauces. Here are a few pictures from my days here. Most of our events start later in the day and we end up getting back around 11 at night so there’s a lot of pretty sites that we catch on the estate. With the stable being the first restaurant that I’ve ever worked in a this is a very eye-opening experience. I love it here at Biltmore and I hope you take a look at the pictures!:) •

Do you have a favorite recipe? Maybe it was your mom’s cookies, or your grandmother’s sauce? Mine was my grandparent’s egg bread. They used to bake off large batches early in the morning. It’s the right time of year to bake this rich, peppery bread.☀️ #culinaryarts #nostalgicfood #Chef #homechef #cookingshow #lfoodislove #wholesome #recipeshare #foodmemory #vintage #dessert #classic #familymeal #powerofpositivity #godbless
