Labor Day weekend reminder from a Pilates instructor who never says no to dessert:

This space is for women who train because they respect their bodies — not because they hate them.

We choose food that supports our health most of the time.

And we order dessert when it’s worth it.

We care about beautiful tables, exceptional ingredients, great service and sharing the experience with people we love.

Aesthetics aren’t shallow.

Beauty is part of how we experience life.

Welcome to L37 Ranch.🤍🐎✨🪽🤠💫🎂 This party was so much fun to plan because I wanted to create something that felt so true to who I am. Ethereal cowgirl, two completely opposite worlds coming together in a way that somehow feels effortless.

One of my favorite parts of hosting is dreaming up all the little details. I love creating things that feel unexpected and spark conversation. From the fringe menus, custom embroidered napkin linens, to the personalized wanted poster place cards with everyone’s photo and their own witty reward, every detail was meant to make people smile and feel like they were part of the experience.

The table was beautifully set with layered linens to create a western chic feel, with roses tucked beside onyx rock candle holders that brought the outdoors to the table. The little white fringe lamps tied everything together perfectly. Every detail was intentional, and seeing it all come together so cohesively made my creative heart skip a beat.

The food was another highlight. I wanted the menu to feel like Michelin meets cowboy, and our chef absolutely outdid himself. We started with a chilled cauliflower soup, followed by a fresh corn salad, and finished with the most incredible Beef Wellington. We also had thick cut Texas toast served with our own personal butter candles, which might have been one of my favorite details of the night. It was elegant, comforting, playful, and exactly what I had envisioned.

More than anything, I wanted the evening to feel beautiful, warm, and inviting. Elevated without feeling overdone. Fancy, but still casual. The kind of night where you share an incredible meal, sip good wine and champagne, then end the evening around a campfire roasting marshmallows, making s’mores, and talking for hours, all while being serenaded by country violin.

Seeing my vision come to life was such a special feeling. Everyone showed up looking so stunning, and watching all the little details I had imaged come together was such a beautiful sight.

I’m so grateful for everyone who came, embraced the theme, and made the night feel so special. My heart is so full. 🤍
