I see you FIP! And more importantly, you see me 🥹

Upon arrival, i could feel right away that Fire Island is a place of joy, discovery, creation and reclamation.

It’s a place of healing. 🫶🏻

I am beyond grateful for the friends (new and old!) and the chosen family that i got to share this truly magical week with. ☺️

11/10 will be back, asap.

Getting settled back in Chicago with a tired body and a full heart. 🥰🙌🏻

Awesome placings, gentlemen.

Very small show, yet we were rewarded with a 1st to @ectfit ambassador @jonoleahy and 2nd to @ectfit client @alex_kriel_fit97 at @npcworldwidesouthafrica

We know what our main goal is ahead of us, and this was merely a very relaxed 7 week prep with minimal PEDS. I'm so very happy with the outcome with the time and the different routes we took.

Well done, guys!!! Sincerely so proud of your commitment, discpline and hard work!!!

The next-generation prep starts tomorrow!!

This is a message to everyone this Sunday.

Live and breathe every moment in life and be present.

Let me say that again BE PRESENT. Life is too short for too many things, and we need to love, respect, and support others.

Let's get the new week started!!!

Visit www.ectfit.com 🌍 and be a part of something special.
