Couldn’t be a prouder brother. 🇺🇸

Yesterday I got to watch my brother graduate from Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning, Georgia, and officially take the next step in his career as a U.S. Army officer. Seeing all of the hard work, discipline, and determination it took to get to this moment made it even more special.

So incredibly proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished. It was an honor to be there to celebrate this moment with you. Here’s to the next chapter, Lieutenant! 🫡🇺🇸

HE DID IT!

ULTRAMARATHONER!

Special thanks to our friend @ironmannrick for running all the miles with us and also Ms Trish for running those 🔥afternoon miles with us.
Caleb didn’t quite reach his personal goal of 50km but he did surpass marathon distance, so…ultra territory!

SO PROUD OF YOU CALEB!

Just a few more days until the big race and you know there’s gonna be some dancing along with all that running…

So thankful that our friend Ultraman Rick will be pacing Caleb for his historic attempt, and some other friends will be running some miles with us too.

Our running community is amazing and we are so very grateful for everyone who has let us know they’re rooting for Caleb on Saturday.

A big day for Down syndrome awareness, yes, but we are looking forward to spending it with friends and our running family ❤️

Lots of fun in the ocean last Saturday for the @duval_ocean_swimmers
Last Man and Woman Standing ultra swim.

We started at 7am and every 2 hours we went off to swim 2 miles. In between miles we chilled under our tents, re-fueled, re-applied sunblock, then off again we went… all day!

I swam 5 miles (8km), the most I’ve ever done! Conditions were PERFECT and there was no other place I’d rather be than IN THE OCEAN!

Many swimmers were still going strong after 8 miles when a storm forced the event to end 😒 (most were shooting to swim 10-12 miles!)

A huge thanks to @ironmannrick for your passion and organizing such a fun day!

Please keep my dad in your thoughts, prayers, healing vibes—whatever you believe in. He was in a cycling accident and is currently in the Neuro ICU. We’re staying hopeful and appreciate all the love and support right now. ❤️
