80 PRs. 55 athletes tested. Numbers don’t lie.

Last Month at DaleyTraining Speed Lab, we measured what our athletes are actually capable of — and the results speak for themselves. +3.36” average vertical jump gain, with one athlete adding a full 10.3”. 57 of 80 records broke a previous best.

Here’s what nobody tells you about the season. 👇

The first 2-3 weeks off dedicated speed work? Feels fine. No drop-off, no red flags. But by week 8, that “fine” turns into up to -1 mph off top speed and nearly 13% less power — and younger athletes lose it even faster, up to 28% in just 8 weeks.
It’s not just about being slower, either. 75% of ACL tears are non-contact — they happen in the same cuts, decels, and landings that speed training actually prepares the body for. Skipping it doesn’t just cost speed. It raises risk.
Games and practices will always come first — we get it. But “play the season” and “keep your gains” don’t have to be a trade-off.
To the athletes: this is how you stay the fastest one on the field all season long, not just in August. 🔥

moments from the night before the best day ever 🤍

one of my favorite moments of the night was gifting my momma the perfume she wore when I was a child, it’s been discontinued (she’s been searching for it for years) and I just knew it would be the perfect gift for her if I found it, so sweet to have all those memories flood back always begging to get ready with her in her bathroom as a little girl once she sprayed it on!

Also would love to give a big thank you to my husbands parents for hosting and organizing this dinner for us. It was so elegant and a great way to gather the families together🥂💐

officially graduated and pinned by my mommy! all while already starting my new grad nurse job this week in the snow storm! Praising God for this life, couldn’t have gotten to this point without His grace, mercy, and His ‘not yets’ turning into ‘right now’s’ 🤍✨🩺
