You ensure and keep us motivated in strict training and diet. This is my first competition and i got top 6 for my MP category, really out of my expectation and i definitely appreciate it alot. I'm never one to be angry. But when one is
1.Wrong 2.Rude 3.Egotistical that they can't see that, be fucking sure that I will fucking get a hell mad. Channelling my inner @tommywongvj really helped the cause as 225 flew up, 4x2 1x3. Moral of the story, don't be an idiot to me or my temper will flare. Just because you call yourself a "trainer" doesn't mean you can do as you please.

$When she asked me,"Babe, can you prep me for this contest?" I think I almost fainted. It was like asking "Babe, can you starve me to death under controlled conditions?" I didnt hesitate. I calmly said yes but I was literally fainting inside. There was a lot of internal conflict within me. Was I prepared to bear the strain on our relationship? Was I prepared to be a hard bastard to her? The boyfriend/partner and coach within me would be constantly waging a silent war within. I'm glad it turned out well. She won her category as well as the overall champ and got her pro card. She claimed that I was the brain behind the prep but let me tell you this. Without a strong heart and a bright soul, the brain would be useless. Our "date nights" were actually a series of mock preps leading to the contest. I experimented with burgers and fries, chicken teriyaki and rice, clean eating, etc. Many times I watched her bowing her head in exhaustion while resting between sets during the last few weeks. As a boyfriend, my heart ached but as a coach I was so proud. I stopped myself from going to her to comfort her. Most of the time it was a nod of approval, or thumbs up, or a silent smile when she happened to look my way from across the gym. Hell, we don't talk to each other much in the gym anyway. We are that focused. And these things shouldn't change. A fractured wrist in several places months ago, repeated flaring up of her chronic tonsillitis, and most of all the devastating loss in the form of her grandma's death. Nothing beat her down. Her soul shined the brightest during this challenging time. And she pulled through. And won. Thank you for trusting me @anna_la_luna.
