Despite motivation being a little lower than usual last night, I still managed a solid bench PR with 308lbs. Very happy!

CPU NATIONALS 2023 MEET RECAP 👏🏻
Came for the people, came for the vibes ☺️
Finally checked my first nationals off my to do list (after hitting the QT in 2018 🤦🏼‍♀️)
Was a crazy few months leading up to this but we got here and put up a good total and a solid middle of the pack placing, even with a still broken shoulder 😅
SQUAT 140✅•147.5✅•152.5✅(10kg meet PR)
BENCH 70✅•75✅•77.5🫠
DEADLIFT 165✅•175✅•180💔
TOTAL: 402.5kg (7.5kg PR)
Finally broke the 400kg total and checked National referee off too 🥰
