‘Drawn from the Earth’
Thurs 4th to Sat 6th Sept
Wildegoose Nursery
Entry fee £6 to Wildegoose Nursery

Jack and Laura from Wildegoose Nursery, have selected a handful of artists to exhibit during this 3day exhibition in the Walled Garden at Millichope.

Mary Elliott, previously of Twenty Twenty Gallery, has been visiting Wildegoose for a couple of years with her Sketch with Mary groups. For this exhibition she has been painting and drawing in the walled garden throughout the seasons, recording the changes and the gardeners at work.

Sharon Griffin MRSS, has previously exhibited her ceramic heads at Wildegoose Nursery in the Sculpture exhibitions, she has also exhibited widely including Ceramic Art London, and appeared as a guest on ‘The Pottery Throw Down’.

Glen Farrelly aRCA uses fallen and discarded wood to create his sculptures, re-imaging pieces using ancient techiniques and modern methods. He is a popular exhibitor at some of the most prestigious outdoor art exhibitions in the UK.

Isatu Hyde is a potter and makes sublime and useful domestic ware from The Reading Room Pottery at Brampton Bryan. Her quiet, beautifully made pieces, grace many homes throughout the country.

Laura Rosenzweig of Laura’s Loom, is a passionate weaver who sources all her wool from British sheep. From weaving her own wares she now sources all the wool, designs the products and liaises with local mills to create small scale production of her designs.
