💬 “Thanks to FITR, I was able to move across the world and stay connected to my clients.”

Moving across the world didn’t mean starting over, @isfit.training took her coaching business with her using FITR.

An ex-professional dancer turned strength & conditioning coach, Issy uses FITR to build a business that moves with her.

Bit of a deload this week after recovering from the big run last weekend.

No running this week. My knees are making me feel very sorry for myself, but we’ll be back soon 🤞🏼 They just needed a bit of R&R.

Also, just a bit of reflection this week… Sinking in how far my fitness has come in the past 12months.

Consistency, dedication & structure really does do wonders. If you’re lacking these 3 things, drop me a DM and let’s chat ⭐️

I am now offering in person PT at @oneldnclub as well as online coaching 🤩 Let’s train!!
