From Canada to India. 💙💙🇨🇦🇮🇳

Sneha has been one of our biggest supporters for a long time, so it feels extra special to pack this order for her.

She managed to grab 3 of our Cow Molds before they sold out, along with 2 Ashley Molds.

As a small family business in Canada, it still amazes me that our molds travel all the way across the world and end up in the hands of such talented makers.

Sneha, thank you for your kindness, your support, and for sharing your beautiful creations with our community. We can’t wait to see what you make next.

Welcome to the Winston & Walter family. ______________
Du Canada jusqu’en Inde. 💙💙🇨🇦🇮🇳

Sometimes I laugh thinking all this started with me just trying to survive my own mind. ❤️

@ishti.co was always my real work.
My dream. My soul. My purpose.
And somewhere between workouts, bad cardio, chaos, reels, sweat and random gym breakdowns…
FATSNEHA was born too.

I never planned for this second journey.
Never thought people would connect with this version of me.
But maybe life works like that.
You start healing one part of yourself… and accidentally discover another version waiting to exist.

A lot has changed.
But it still feels like I am just getting started.

A lot to build.
A lot to explore.
A lot to become.

Grateful for every single person watching me grow through all versions of myself. ❤️

✨ FATSNEHA™ is not about becoming skinny.
It is about becoming yourself again.

Every December, I do not cook.
I assemble history.

These raisins are already drunk(6 months in RUM)
Cherries? Long gone.
Ginger peel has seen things & many more…

No marinating. No waiting.
This is a traditional Christmas cake where ingredients come pre-traumatized.

I just put them together
and pretend I am in control.

This bottle decides the mood of the cake.
And the cake decides the mood of the house.

Same ritual. Every year.
Because some traditions don’t need fixing.
They need rum. 🍒🥃🎄

FATSNEHA Christmas cake.
Not a recipe. A legacy.

Announcing my new food series: FATSNEHA FEEDS
Because it is 2025 and people still think eating is either a crime or a cult.

I am not a doctor👩‍⚕️
I am not a nutritionist🍛
I am not vegan🌱
I am not carnivore🍗
I am just a fat human who refuses to treat food like a religion.

What I am:
👉 A PCOS + diabetes + obese combo pack tired of the nonsense.
👉 15 years into herbs & healthy eating and getting slim(trying to loose weight) thanks to my work(@ishti.co ) and fatness.
👉 A believer in eating mindfully and not miserably.

WHAT YOU WILL SEE:

Real food, no macros, no calorie charts, no “10 superfoods” lecture. Just food I love, eaten with mindfulness and yes, I am not skipping my favourites.

Healthy eating is not about labels or flexing discipline. It is about knowing your body. And every BODY is different.👥👤

If you came for keto, vegan, paleo, raw-till-4, OMAD or IF wrong page🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️

This is me EATING🥣 HEALING ❤️‍🩹 LIVING🧘🏻‍♀️

🛑🛑🛑And NO do not expect cinematic cooking reels with marble backdrops and golden spoons. This is not MasterChef. Use your BRAIN🧠

POV: you're a spiritual girlie who found @ishti.co .They provide soaps based on your zodiac sign and salt soaps , face cleansers, incense cones and much more.

This hamper includes::

1). INCENSE CONES (SAGE) - cleanses the aura around you.
2). ONE BATHING SOAP ACCORDING TO YOUR ZODIAC SIGN. (JUPITER BAR for me)
3). ONE GARLIC BAR -used only on Tuesday and Saturday
4). APHRODITE FACE CLEANSER - enhances the power of self-love .

🌟 There's very simple logic behind it . The ingredients used in making all the products are completely natural. They use essential oils. No charcoal is used in making incense cones, they mix their incense blend with ghee, gomay and herbal powder. The zodiac soaps include particular ingredients to strengthen your planets as per your birth chart.

🌟If you're someone who believes in spirituality and this idea intrigues you then do give it a try .🫶🏻✨

I love sharing my knowledge about graphology and that’s what inspires me to keep going every single day. After spending 14 years in this industry, I have learnt that the more conscious one is about their handwriting and signature, they are able to get more clarity on their personality, personal growth, habits, thoughts and overall outlook on how they want to design themselves for massive success in all areas of their life. To know more, let’s connect and let me help you know more about your personality through your handwriting and signature.

Cheers @graphologistpavan
