A perfect cover for a singular sound. Inspired by Chorale (Five) by Iskra String Quartet, in the remix by Emilie Levienaise-Farrouch, this artwork translates the music into texture and movement. The contrast between light and shadow, density and space, mirrors the emotional depth of the piece — where each note feels like a particle, gathering and dissolving in slow motion. A visual interpretation that could perfectly carry the essence of this single.

Where every movement begins with a song.⁣ ⁣ Music has always been more than background for me, it’s the heart-beat and the secret language of my own healing. ⁣ ⁣ Each album here is a soundtrack I’ve carefully chosen not just for rhythm, but for the way it can open something true within us. ⁣ ⁣ These aren’t just playlists, they’re invitations to feel, to remember, and to find new pathways in the body when words fall short.⁣ ⁣ In my Sense You Qigong practice, music becomes the bridge between thinking and sensing, mind and heart. ⁣ ⁣ Some days, a single melody is what helps me return home to myself and I would like to share that possibility with you.⁣ ⁣ Join me where Somatic Qigong meets music and you meet yourself. ⁣ Most Saturdays via Zoom (9–10:30am EST) or in a private session. Details in bio or DM me.⁣ ⁣ Deep gratitude to these artists for creating melodies that move us. ⁣ ⁣ @olafurarnalds song playing for this reel is “Raein”. @giovanni.renzo.music @joepbeving @iskrastrings @melissaparmenter @lukehowardmusic @ludovico_einaudi @maxrichtermusic @fpaterlini ⁣ Thank you for offering the soundtracks that help us come home to ourselves.⁣ ⁣ #SenseYouQigong #MusicAndMovement #FeelThroughMovement #Embodiment #HealingThroughSound⁣

New format! To celebrate ONE WEEK of the @whitelandsband LP ‘Sunlight Echoes’, and the first @bandcamp Friday of the year, @soniccathedral have released a cassette version of the album. It has a sunshine yellow tape shell, a clear and gloss black case, and a six-page (or is it twelve-panel?) fold-out inlay, featuring the complete album lyrics. The band will have these on the merch table at their forthcoming UK tour dates, but they’re available now from the @whitelandsband Bandcamp for only a tenner (which includes a digital copy of the album too). Produced by Ian Flynn at @werkhouse Mixed by @eduardodelapaz_ Mastered by Simon Scott at @spsmastering Guest vocals by @emmaandersonmusic Strings by @iskrastrings Artwork by @leamaraisprint Design by @jonesthemac Photography by @ednofedery Whitelands are supported by the @prsfoundation’s Open Fund

The Leaf Library - After The Rain, Strange Seeds (fika114lp) - out 20/03/2026 New album! We’re very happy to introduce our new record, After The Rain, Strange Seeds, released in March on LP/CD/DL via @fikarecordings. Produced by us and mixed by John McEntire (Tortoise, The Sea And Cake), it’s an album of pastoral indie pop gems, drawing inspiration from suburban isolation, unreliable memories and the surreality of the weather. You can pre-order the album from today via the Fika Bandcamp page (link in our profile) - the first 40 copies of each physical format come with an exclusive 28 page book of photos and notes from the recording sessions. You can listen to the first single today on the Fika Bandcamp page and most streaming sites, as well as watch the Michael Wood-directed video (links to all in our profile). The Reader’s Lamp is a hymn to the strangeness of the natural world at dusk, a gently motorik swoon through layers of strings and guitar arpeggios. Titled by our pal Peter Strickland, it also features Paddy Milner (from the Tom Jones band) on electric piano, the excellent Iskra Strings quartet and Melinda Bronstein on backing vocals. There will be another single and video to follow next month, with the full album released on Friday 20 March. Album art by the wonderful illustrator Olivia Sullivan @zeb.ko. We’re off on tour in March and April to support the album, so do pop in if you’re about. We’re calling at: 28/03 Coventry, Just Dropped In @justdroppedin / @sinkorswimpromotions 30/03 Norwich, The Holloway @thehollowaynorwich 31/03 London, The Ivy House @ivyhousenunhead 01/04 Oxford, Common Ground (with @fuzzysnaps) @divineschism 04/04 Margate, Where Else? @whereelsespace 11/04 Leicester, Firebug 17/04 Nottingham, JT Soar @sonicmasala Ticket links are in our profile, hoping to add another date or two if possible. Enjoy the new music! TLL

This year I collaborated on an EP with my good friend James Underwood (Iskra Stings), we took inspiration for out mutual love of both science and science fiction. This track is The Entrance Of The Orrery, the title came by chance, during out final recording season I got a delivery of a Lego orrery I had ordered. Synths and FX heavily featured were u-he Diva and Arturia _Efx Fragments. . . #whiskyadventcalendar #composer #violin #softsynth #wintersolstice @iskrastrings @uheplugins @arturia_official
