Tyler “Teeter” West | 5’9” | Hometown: Norfolk, VA | Bike: Specialized RockHopper

You’ve probably all become familiar with the (very) handsome faces of all 3 bike bros thus far. But spring has almost sprung, and that’s got us feeling so spunky about ridin’ bikes that we decided it was time to add another face to the LBS team… ladies (he’s single) & gentleman, put your hands together 👏

Meet Tyler aka @ispillcoffee - if you know, you know. Tyler has been a big part of helping to grow the cycling community in NFK. From his work with @pacebikeshare helping to roll out NFK’s first bike share program in 2018 to selling bikes, leading road rides, and radiating good vibes at East Coast Bicycles, making rad videos for @surfacegamblers & most importantly riding the hell out his bikes, Tyler brings some serious bike knowledge, years of industry experience, and some badly needed roadie street-cred (6,000 Strava miles in 2020 🙌) to the LBS NFK team.

Tyler will be head honcho of the newly organized Group Ride Division™ of Local Bike Shop NFK, officially launching next Wednesday, March 17th at 6 PM 👊 Dust off whatever bike you’ve got in the shed, grease up your chains (or bring them in for a spring tune-up by our main man @coolestcactus ) & get your butts ready for a radical bike-riding spring!🤘🌸

🗓️Next Week’s Rides:
3/17 • Super Casual Wednesday • Every Wednesday @ 6 PM • “Party Pace” • 1 hr ride!

3/20 • Saturday Morning Road Smash • Every Saturday @ 8 AM • 17-20 mph • 30-ish miles

3/21 • Coffee Outside • Meet @ 9 AM • bring a mug! • “Party Pace”!

🤓 For the Bike Nerds:
🇺🇸1991 Specialized Rockhopper
⚔️ Double-Butted Chromoly steel
🇬🇧@brooksengland C19 Saddle
✨Bontrager Satellite Handlebar
🇨🇭Pletschier Double Kickstand
Maxxis DTH Tires

Took on the #rapha #festive500 this year, but decided to incorporate #coffeeoutside as much as possible! Big ups to all my bike friends this year who inspired me to just ride my ride! Without their support and the support of @kimberlyshibley I wouldn’t have been able to complete it! #🚲ride #🚲ridenfk #vabeach #chesapeakeva #norfolkva #surfacegamblers #ptownva
