Millions of years of wind and water carved 📍 Carnarvon Gorge and it only takes a few seconds on foot to see why it’s worth the visit.

From the visitor centre, the leisurely 4-hour loop winds past Moss Garden’s dripping ferns, into the narrow sandstone walls of the Ampitheatre and on to the ochre handprints at the Art Gallery. Keep going to Big Bend where the walls finally pull back and let the sky in.

💥 Wild Earth Coastal High 💥

🏃🏽‍♀️ 30.86km 📈 1162m

Signed up 3 weeks ago with practically zero training. The goal was a fun day out with good mates and for my knees to behave. They did not 💀  Right ITB tapped out just over halfway, but I was determined to finish — and I did.

I couldn’t have done it without the best team around me. When I could barely walk, let alone run they stuck with me and made sure we all crossed that finish line together. It wasn’t about time and pace anymore, but about having each other’s backs 🧡

There’s something pretty special about the kind of people who make the hard things feel just a little lighter ✨

Big big love to everyone- especially our sweet little chefs-kiss support crew, @wildearthaustralia for organising such an incredible race and all the volunteers making the day so much more special 🧡
Can’t wait til next year again 🤸🏽

Wild Earth Coastal High 26,

We gathered some mates, signed up a few weeks before the event, had a few last minute training runs together and just went out to have the best time! 🤸🏼

This is my third year doing this event and I do LOVE it, although the 900 steps up to Apple tree, get me everytime. 😂

I am so proud of these guys! We all had low points but you ALL dug deep. You’re all amazing. 👏🏼 It was so nice having @issy.smith & @caleb_adventures_ come out to take incredible pics of us as well! And having @_ryan_matthew cheer us on was the absolute best.

It was a fun morning out and lots of watermelon was consumed. The aid stations were all well stocked and a big thanks to the volunteers and race organisers. The surprise zooper doopers before the ascent to Apple tree were an absolute TREAT!

Gather some mates, get outside and have fun whilst doing it! Will I see you at the start line next year? 🍉

$I’ve been a long time lover and wearer of @fractelrunning hats for my outdoor adventures and have built quite the collection over the years. The M series hat stands out as it has a quick-adjust strap which makes it easy to get the perfect fit, it’s breathable and the colour way adds a bit of fun to every adventure. Whether I’m out trail running, hiking or spending a day outdoors, it’s lightweight, breathable and comfortable enough to wear for hours and I honestly forget that I have a hat on my head. I love how easily it packs down due to the soft packable brim, so I can stash it in my running vest or backpack when I don’t need it. It’s a cap that performs well and gets used constantly.
