POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The weekend looked a bit like good food, good workouts, good people, and a good amount of rain🌴

Managed to squeeze everything in around Saturday and Sunday shifts at work 👩‍⚕️

@issy_meyers & I on the Greek themed Saturday night, Italian next week 👀🍝

Is season jet lag a thing ?? Because I’m feeling weirdly disorientated that it’s nearly the end of October but it’s getting hotter here rather than almost winter🥴🤣

Recent bits from life lately 🌴

Just juggling trying to do a bit of everything 🙂‍↔️

Got some time now before the next comp to get stuck into a solid training block, all eyes on Hyrox Melbourne @hyroxanz 🕺🏽

Gold Coast 50 10km race ☀️ 2 min PB keeeeemon son 🔔 40:21

Super chuffed with today in the aussy heat!🥵 buzzing with this for just 1 run a week and paced it exactly as planned! 🙌🏼 up the ERGs

20:10 first 5km and 20:11 second 5km which I’m happy about! Howler I managed to stop 50m short thinking I was at the finish line but big up about 100 people screaming I’m a sausage and get going 😂😂

FRACTEL 10k along the Gold Coast ☀️☀️

That got pretty hot pretty quickly 🥵🥵 not the time I came for but buzzing with 5th woman overall and 2nd AG !!🤪

Pacing could definitely do with some work, adrenaline took over and the first km was a little speedy (3:33🙃). Managed to equal my official 5k PB (18:47) then proceeded to fight for my life 👍🏻

Really enjoyed that (except the last 4k) @gc50runfestival

October long weekend consisted of BBQ’s, beaches, training & UV9 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️☀️☀️
A 10/10 combination

Final session complete of the 10k block !!! Had a wobble about the paces a few weeks ago but finally seeing it all coming together just in time for a week of taper 😁

Couple gym workouts thrown in and my longest cycle ever !! The hills round here make them pretty spicy 🌶️

Sunday night BBQ & NRL grand final giving us the true Aussie experience🇦🇺

16 teams. 5 events. One seriously energized crew. 😮‍💨

Our first in-house comp is done, and every single team showed up and emptied the tank.

Huge thanks to our judges for counting every rep, and to everyone who stuck around to cheer on the heats after theirs. That’s what this place is about.

Big shout out to our partners for the day too ✌️

Countdown to Coolangatta 10k in 3 weeks !! A goal is sub 38, B goal is a PB (sub 38:28), C goal is to turn up to the start line 👍🏻 chances are 1 out of the 3 goals is pretty doable

Managed to fit in training, sunbathing & some tasty food around working this weekend 👩‍⚕️🩻🩺 work life balance is peaking at last

Enjoy slide 14 - forgot a change of shoes, ward round in cleats was good from me👍🏻🩻👩‍⚕️
