FEMME FLOW FOR THE SENSUAL SOUL 🌸

Aaah! Im really in love with how this choreo turned out.
I wanted to create something where the focus is on how you feel while dancing it, and boy does it feel so good 🥹 🧬

A little reminder that movement is a conversation with music and its surrounding environment- the magic lies in its sensual rawness 🌀

(Ps, I’ll be teaching this next Friday 🌸poster and details dropping soon 🌝 who’s coming?)

Play reminds me why I started this - out of pure curiosity about the world, the urge to understand my place in it, and the drive to uncover and express those quiet truths.

A trip for the books 🫶🥰✨ I would never have imagined a late notice call to step onto a job would translate into this 😍 Tight bonds of friendship, magical trips in nature, food for the soul 💖 I will treasure these memories of laughter & adventure for years to come ☺️🥰 #fullheart #grateful #safari #ilovemyjob #friends

Side-quested so hard I became a yoga teacher in Bali 🌺🧘🏽‍♀️

But on a real note, I am SO grateful for this experience. I went into it so unsure or myself and this decision, but @jogayogatraining really held me through the process. Thank you to the team 🙏❤️

And not to mention my fellow yoga students ❤️ To be in a space that is constantly filled with love, attention, and care, is such a blessing. I feel honoured to have existed and trained alongside my yoga family because of this🥹

This experience has helped me to grow and outgrow so many aspects of myself so I will always to be truly and eternally grateful for it.

I arrived feeling unsure and unstable, and left self-assured in every past, present, and future life decision 👩🏽‍🤝‍👩🏾

The world is our oyster!! 🦪 wooooo!

Ps. This wasn’t even a side quest it was the MAIN quest 🙂‍↕️🌸
