What a week! Thank you for all the birthday and anniversary love everybody! And thank you to those of you who were able to make it to Diamond to Jade reading on a cloudy Tuesday afternoon in October. Well… I guess it’s time to get some things off my chest—and hopefully put a couple of new things on it.

Asking for help has never been my strong suit. In fact, asking people for money makes me want to crawl into a hole, change my name, and start a new life as a mysterious woman in the French countryside. But here we are! 😂

For the past four years, Provincetown has given me more love and support than I ever could have imagined. This town has become my home and family, and helped me grow into the performer and woman I am today.

As I prepare for a very personal next chapter, some incredible people have come together to throw me a fundraiser. 🥹

I’m beyond grateful to everyone offering their time, talent, energy, and love. Seeing so many people show up for me is overwhelming. I’ve spent so much of my life trying to make other people laugh, and somehow this community keeps making me cry. (Rude.)

@jjacksonjr is one of my best friends, someone that makes me laugh the most, and the newest addition to our family. Today is his birthday and he deserves to be celebrated. James is steadfast in his convictions, he is a thinker and a feeler, he is always down to clown, he will show up wherever whenever you call and he may have a ham and cheese croissant on him, he will fight for what is right, he will say the most absolutely ridiculous thing at the absolutely correct time, and he was born *ahem* one years ago today and I’m so glad for that. I love you, Denise. Happiest of birthdays to you!

well, it isn’t how i was raised in Rio, but….doing a musical about best friends being queer in Provincetown with your best friends, being queer, in Provincetown, is one of the most magical, fulfilling and unparalleled experiences I’ve ever had the honor to have.

I miss Sebastian every day, even though he won’t shut up in my head. Someone please pick this baby up and take him to Boy Beach with the promise of not only one, but at least two others to hang out with (🤭) so I can have some peace.

Immensely, and forever grateful to @jonrichardsonmusic, @tomkirdahy, @tomkirdahyproductions and @ledahoffmann for all of the incredible years of laughter, tears, and music we’ve shared. I am so honored to tell this story, and to become a reflection on stage, of queer folx that paved the way for the freedom, expression, and joy we live by today - and continue to fight for. 🖤

It has been one month since we closed our second run of The Jack of Hearts Club at @ptowntheater . This show has provided so many pinch-me moments since I joined in 2024. It is so rare that you get to revisit a show, a character, with your favorite people, in your favorite place. I am so thankful to @jonrichardsonmusic for creating this world and this family.

Coming back to Arthur was so rewarding. I found comfort in my voice and my love for singing again. I had no idea how much I would be able to relate to him and how cathartic it would be telling his story each night. I love Arthur with all my heart, and being in love with @petermarietoto made it that much more special. I know Timmy and Arthur end up living a full life together.

Thank you to @tomkirdahy , the TKP team, @dannyjsilver, @ledahoffmann & the entire creative team for bringing this show to life & making dreams come true. See you next time at The Jack of Hearts Club ♥️
